When someone has a video replay, they are always labelled as the Blue Team because your in-game perception makes you the Blue Team at all times. The Hanzo that he was spectating was on the Red Team; in a rush to find the Hanzo, he spectated the enemy team. That guy DID send in a team win, but Puffer didn't realize it.
You'll notice that the discord message included Chespin's username. Methinks they figured Chespin's gameplay would make for a fun replay to submit. (And they were right.) (This is making me want to try OW2 for myself, ngl)
15:17 if you think a hanzo ult is a waste just because it didn't get any kills you are dumb, hanzos ult is one of the best zoning tools in the game, if it can clear the point for a decent amount of time, that's good enough.

You should do a bingo game where you have viewers in a custom or friends or other oberwatch players and do a live bingo so it's not just a replay. So basically just be a commentator
