What do you think about Central Valley aqueduct around the coalinga/ Fresno area.

Fresno and coalinga aqueduct is picking up from what I heard, I also heard chp is patrolling coalinga aqueduct citing people driving on the aqueduct, just becareful while you are out there

Yea topwater bite not there yet, i still throw topwater early morning to see if the striped bass move up near the surface, the bite should pick up once when temperatures start cooling
