Yeah man !! Great vid, as always ! Thank You!
Thanks so much!
good tip to mine which has same problem
How come you didn’t press the pilot bushing into the crankshaft and then install the seal?

Like it, I ha an old b6000, any chance you could do a video going over the ignition sequence. The one I have has wiring damage, and I'm mainly wondering about fuel delivery. Thanks for sharing.
Unfortunately I don’t have the b6100 anymore, it was a great little tractor. From what I remember, it has a mechanical pump, the only electrons I remember in the fuel system is the fuel cut off solenoid, it goes to the pump, and I’m not even 100% sure about that. Regardless hopefully this helps! Thanks for watching!
nice video.
Have you guys had 6100 two wheel drive noice when I put pro in gear won’t turn pto shaft heard it could be bent strict forf
Hello Mr.
Maybe you can help me
I'm looking for the electrical installation for a tractor like this
Can you tell me where I can find it?
Thanks
Unfortunately not. This was a one time thing, I’m constantly working on a lot of thing, each thing I work on is different lol.
B6100 hetting problm
good Vid BUT pilot Bushing never goes in the flywheel it belong behind the flywheel seal first then the bushing just to help anyone else looking to do this repair
I Didn’t want to glue it into the crankshaft, I’m sure it will need replaced again down the road.
@@goodolboys713 Hello, yesterday I disassembled it on my B1400 and really - it was necessary dismount flywheel, after it you will find a seal (gufero aka simmerink) and next is this bushing. In my case - it was not stuck by glue but there was a thing alluminum plate around it.
Hey, where can I find a piece for this tractor?
I have this exact problem. Is this the reason?
Pilot bearing goes in crank not flywheel and there's a seal at end of crank on mine,it's easier to do after flywheel is removed
Awesome job , I have two kubota B7100 HST , both needs the pilot bearings , while at it I am gonna change the throw out bearings.
Nice work. Hope that JB weld lasts.
Jerry rig like I do and it worked ty
Nice!
Awesome job , mine next
💪... Good vid. Best use of J.B. weld I've ever seen.
Haha thanks man 🤘
How long did the jb weld hold?
It’s has been holding up really well. I imagine it will stay good until the bushing wears out again. Thanks for watching!
Someone had been there before. The locking tabs weren’t bent down over the flywheel bolts.
That’s a great observation, and I didn’t even notice that, but definitely seems like it’s a possibility. Seems like the clutches get changed often on these tractors, and so do they throw out bushings. Thanks for watching!
@@goodolboys713 they must be giving it a hard life. My b7100d is a 1977 model. It has toted a 5ft finish mower over 5 acres of grass each week along with a 4ft bush hog mowing pastures and other chores around the farm. I finally replaced the clutch disk, pilot bushing, and throw out bearing for the first time about 4yrs ago when the engine was rebuilt thanks to the aluminum plug falling out of the end of the camshaft causing the engine to loose oil pressure. Huge design flaw Kubota had in these engines. If it wasn’t for the oil pressure issue I would have used the clutch a while longer. It still had life left in it.
@@matt426h right on! They are great little tractors!
