It prob works by putting a global variable down and a timetolive block that decreases the variable by 1 each time a second has passed. I believe that there's another global variable with the materialname eval, and a simple selector with a ball going down another course nobody saw. Once it selected its victim they will explode after 75 seconds but if it reaches the end there's 27 other variables the creator needs to make and the ball will be teleported back to the start of it's selection course.
