We need to as if borewell, sump, septic tank, compound wall and gate etc are all included.... that will give the true budget.

It's just the construction cost. Add another 15 lakh for Interiors, painting, electrical, plumping, etc...

Architecture is amazing but the people living in the house could have used it even better by creating green grass in garden and in space near dining
That space is for direct sunlight to hit the ground so that air tends to come the hottest place,if Air comes inside you shall not be worried for ventilation, humidity and hotness 👍❤️
