Thank you so much for making this video man! I looked for a while for a nice updated radio for my 07 tacoma. Bought two other ones that I wound up returning because they were either way to slow, laggy or cheap quality. I got it installed today and MAN it’s beautiful! It’s works really fast and the Apple car play has no lags. I would definitely recommend this radio!! So thank you again I appreciate this video!!! 🙂

I have a 20010 Toyota Tacoma w/ JBL and was looking to purchase the Eonon UA13 Double 2Din 7" Android 13 Car Stereo Radio CarPlay Bluetooth Receiver. Do I need a Toyota wiring harness and any other equip to retain sterring wheel controls and back-up cam, and CD slot?

For those reading and contemplating... After some time with it, I absolutely recommend this unit as well. I am not paid, and bought this as a regular consumer.
I WILL say however. The GA2187 is a total pile of garbage. Slow, not stable, unusable matter of fact. This Q03Pro is WORLDS better. I can't even state that enough. What a massive difference.
I'd buy again and recommend this newer deck to anyone wanting a quality head unit that is actually usable, and quite good actually. I have zero regrets.
Brother so good i found your channel, how is this radio holding up?
Bought it a month ago and the only problem I have is the android auto only works about 70% of the time. When it works, it works flawlessy. When it doesn't, I have to restart the whole thing for it to work. Sometimes it just cuts out entirely also The screen is too dim even when full brightness is on in the A.M. here in Stockton.
I’m not too familiar with Android Auto but that has happened to me once. I know when you turn the car off it only puts the head unit into standby mode. Only way for it to completely shut down is if you leave it for 24hr than it will do a reboot on start up. This feature is like this so the response time is way faster when starting your vehicle. Just like your android phone. It take way longer to turn your phone on from power off mode then from screen lock mode
Hey man great video. Did you have to purchase a harness for it. Or is this already included. I bought mine and comes in later this week. Just want to make sure I don’t need to purchase a harness for it to be installed and stable.
No so it comes with a harness but it would be beneficial to check and see if there is a premade ISO harness for your specific vehicle so it can just be plug and play

does it have auto dimming when the headlights turns on and vice vice versa when the headlights turns off?
yes it does. you are also able to set the brightness setting for day time and night time

What is the distance between the double din part and the screen itself?
i little less than an inch. it still allows you to fully swivel it left, right, up, and down.
Can u pair controller
Can it automatically start Apple CarPlay once you start the vehicle?
Furthermore, do you have to launch the CarPlay app manually or does it pop up automatically?
You can set it to go automatically which is what I did and now when I power on the vehicle I don’t have to tough my phone or the unit and it open Apple CarPlay right away

I honestly haven’t had a single issue with it yet. Really good quality for the price. Cannot complain. This is also not sponsored or paid so I’m speaking in all honesty
