Thank you for posting this. It gave me something else to be aware of/maintain. I believe the most helpful part was that yoi was mentioned "you know it may be time to check/change the motor brushes when the motor makes noise while running". That was what prompted me to trouble shoot in general. In my case the brushes were fine but in the event it should help someone else: I just needed to force air through the vents at the bottom of the motor. The motor was a little dirty from all the work done using it. I used a manual bike tire pump. Cheers🌻
