Best presentation I have seen on DASH diet. Was recently diagnosed with HBP & asked my doctor his opinion. He just said that it was a diet plan to follow, but did not give me any insight. So, I have been searching & found your channel. The way you say that you personally eat is what I wanted to do but was challenged to get correct. Considering that this diet is basically just eating fresh food, and unlike keto you are allowed to eat carbs, it just gently urges you to choose complex carbohydrates instead of refined/simple carbs, you could say that 99% of all humans have followed this diet for 99% of human history except for the last 50 years.
