In my opinion the negativitron was the best LBP villain. His design, character ,plus the way he fits in with the whole LBP world makes him my favourite. For some reason the Titans in LBP3 felt kind of like a rip-off version (in the way they both sucked the creativity out of the air). The hoard in LBP karting felt so insignificant (in my opinion) that I almost forgot about them. I do like the collector thought, I just find that the negative vaccuum cleaner from space is bit more "villainous". I never played LBP PS vita, so I don't really know what the "Puppeteer" is like...
My personal favorite is Cakeling. Even though she's just a regular Meanie with a creature brain, she has this death stare, (in my opinion) much more threatening looks and voice than Negativitron, has her own theme and is able to unleash the power of new Victoria's brain crane in just a few seconds. Also, her body and eyes shaking makes her look insanely crazy.
Eh I kinda feel that Newton and The Puppeter are probably the best villains since they actually have characters. Unlike The Negativatrion and Vex where they just come outta nowhere and have no true origin/motive other than to destroy the universe
Anyway, there’s a possibility that the Collector turned evil again because he was still lonely and now hated for because of his old ways. Since nothing really changed around, eventually nothing changed within him and he became evil again.
