Mr. Arnab Sir - kindly check regarding Thomas Write Rule 1. If this rule is not enforced, it causes 'Non-repeatable-read' problem I think, rather than 'Dirty-read'. In the video you had mentioned as dirty read, please check.
why T3 will cancelled out as it is already committed (4:45) ?
It's not getting cancelled out. He explains if you don't terminate T1 then T3 gets cancelled out by T1.
