Just shocked over your credit to Nawaz sharif on laptop distributions, i live in Canada and i have 3 kids from KG to Grade 5, schools lend laptops to kids who needs and then return back after use. I never seen whole my life that Canadian govt distribute free laptops. Laptops are in school custody and you can always borrow when you need.
