Considering Roxanne helps with the trainer school I really cannot call her a student...it makes no sense even if she would have been 17 at the time...she'd have to be some kind of teacher and Pokemon has made them rather young adult to super early 30s range and nothing older. Instructor could possibly work since that one has nothing to go on for age what so ever.
Sabrina is also a Movie Actress, like Brycen, but, I get why you picked Psychic. Also, what about the Wardens & Pre Gym Leader Justy? Ingo is obviously a Subway Boss; so he does not count. I know Gym Leaders & Wardens are different, but, you counted Trial Captains, so why exclude Wardens? Justy would be the Double Team Trainer Class, as he fights you in a Double Battle & Specializes in Double Team Strats.
To answer the second question first, Justy likely wasn't included because he's from only a spin-off series and not the mainline series, plus it's debatable whether his location can be considered an actual Gym (it is called a Pre-Gym, with pre meaning before). You also answered your own question about the Wardens, they are a different thing than Gym Leaders, plus since they are from Legends: Arceus they existed In-Universe before the creation of the Gym concept and such. However while there are differences with Trial Captains and Gym Leaders as well the Trial Captains get included because they are the Alolan equivalent of Gym Leaders due to a similar sort of league structure and Gym Puzzle and stuff like that. Yes, Sabrina is an actress as well as a Psychic, however actress would more be her job outside the League system and everything while Psychic would be her League classification based on her type and such. A lot of the time though a Gym Leaders job and trainer class do overlap, so I can definitely see an argument for it.
@@emperorcubone Legends Arceus is a mainline game. As for Colosseum, I can see now. But, they communicate with the core games, so Justy could still travel. We just haven't seen Orre in years or its characters since XD & Gale. However, Wardens are canon, regardless because Ancestors of existing characters or new characters are in PLA like Adaman to Perrin or Volo & Cogita to Cynthia.
"Pre-Gym" is the nickname for the Prestige Precept Center, so it's much more likely that it's not a Gym at all, and is closer to the conventional definition of "gym".
She wasn't included as far as I could tell, but there isn't really a current trainer class that would fit her, Ninja Boy like her dad would be close, but considering Janine isn't a boy and there isn't a female variant of Ninja Boy there's not really anything that would fit her, so she's likely excluded because of that.
I think Nessa should be a model class, it's said on her trainer card that she models in addition to being a gym leader. I also think there was a twilight wings episode about that

Also, im shocked there isnt a miner trainer class, that just seems like it would exist.
And Rival probably isnt on any league cards, so Blue would be an Ace Trainer.
Janine, Blue (Garry), Cheren, Hala, Olivia, Nanu & Hapu are still missing.
Kahunas are not equivalent to gym leaders, and we already knew what the rivals were before...
@@emperorcubone Cheren is PKMN trainer, Blue is Rival/Champion/Pokémon Trainer/Battle Legend, Janine is Pokémon trainer in B2W2 but PKMN/Pokémon trainer is just boring...
Most people treat Kahunas as hym leaders but not Trial Captains. It's nice to see someone includes TCs but why not Ks too?
Good video tho I would put Watson and Clemont under the engineer trainer class due to their work with machines and electricity.
Imagine if Johto had a Dark type Gym Leader instead of an Elite Four: Houndour, Houndoom, Murkrow, Tyranitar.
Don't forget Umbreon!!
@@emperorcubone thank you for reminding me
I think Kabu would be in the veteran class because I think I hear something about him in galar saying something about him being a veteran
You could always make up some classes. Pokémon does that all the time.
really enjoyed this video!!!
You should also do a video that trainer classes the elite fours and the various rivals
That would be fun! I might, but this one would have to do much better than it is now to make it worth it.
I could see Jasmine as the Lady trainer class
I would've though Fantina as a Hex Maniac.
I wish they make pkm game where u play as a gym leader.
You work your way to become a gym leader and u can do side job
You should try the fan game called “This Gym of Mine”
@@SerDerpish where? I love to try it out.

This look awesome
Valerie is definitely a Fairy Tale girl grown up 💜✨️🎀
Norman an Ace Trainer
I would like to see this for Elite 4 members
Larry should be a clerk I think
Isn't Nessa a model in-game or something? Pretty sure she would have been in the "Model" trainer class, which was introduced in Galar (same region Nessa debuted in)
Wouldn't Larry fit the "Office Worker" class best?
16:19"But that's leads us to his mom Melony, who is much harder"
This is the weirdest pronounciation of the word "hotter" I've ever heard
A question I never asked myself
Yet want the answer to
Dude these make sense…
I did try to match them up with the best ones!
Larry would be a Clerk
You’d be surprised how young you can start training to be a pilot.
I think gym leatders were people who couldn't beat the elite 4 and had to take gym leadership as a job
You forgot a few. Janine, Cheren, Bede and Marnie weren't on your list. Although Janine would fall under ninja and Cheren instructor and Marnie would probably be punk, what of Bede?
I didn't include any of the Rival characters turned gym leader because we already met them all before they were the leader, so we know what they were. You have a point about Janine though...
I think Pryce would he Gentleman
I think Blue would be an Ace Trainer
I’m positive I’ve seen that image before at 1:43 but I just can’t remember where from.
That's Cliff Hanger, hanging from a cliff, and that's why he's called Cliff Hanger.
@@emperorcuboneHoly moly, I haven’t thought of that guy in over 10 years! I now appreciate this reference much more.
I think blaine fits the meth cook trainer
Pretty sure if the "Gambler" trainer class was removed for the target audience this one would not fly either...
sword and shield has the worker trainer class and they are miners so worker makes more sense I feel then ruin maniac
No Larry has different title OFFICE WORKER
Isn’t there an engineer class that Clement and Sophocles could be
13:36 I mean, Preschoolers, Youngster, and Lasses are all Minor’s. /j
2:07 I'm 99% sure Marlin was a swimmer not a fisherman, dude is tanned to the point people think he's black he's in the water so much and he literally is in swimming right before you battle him
3:31 disagree, pretty sure she's a Kimono girl, Aroma Ladies aren't nearly as "Japanese" as Erica is
I know people are saying Nessa should be a Model because she is one but we don't know when she actually started and could have been a Gym Leader before she became a Model so I'll defend your choice of swimmer
6:30 isn't there a Rich Girl class? Pretty sure that's what Jasmine would be
7:00 bro he's like clearly an Ace Trainer like everyone in his gym he's still essentially wearing the class uniform
17:35 man's literally an office worker which is already a class
Also I personally don't think Clair is competent enough to be a Lorekeeper and not just a Dragon tamer
Elesa: Pokephile
You just bad how could you not see Juan and Wallace as Artist?
Part 2, elite 4?
That would be fun for sure!
13:02 It's pronounced Iono (Eye in oh), not Iono (Eye Yo No)
Considering Roxanne helps with the trainer school I really cannot call her a student...it makes no sense even if she would have been 17 at the time...she'd have to be some kind of teacher and Pokemon has made them rather young adult to super early 30s range and nothing older.
It wasn't so much his title as it was the game that he was in; I was only looking at the mainline games.
Electrician would have fit Wattson
Did i miss her, or was Janine not mentioned?
She wasn't included as far as I could tell, but there isn't really a current trainer class that would fit her, Ninja Boy like her dad would be close, but considering Janine isn't a boy and there isn't a female variant of Ninja Boy there's not really anything that would fit her, so she's likely excluded because of that.
She was not. Though the result would have been the same as Koga (never mind that she isn’t a “boy” lol)
