I tried it today, Haleem tastes phenomenal... only observation was quantity of water .. I am in US, and 2 litres was a lot .. for beef, I wouldnsay 1.5 liter and for Daal 1.25 Liters.
I made Garam Masalah myself and did not use onions.
Follow the instructions and no one can go wrong
