Meat Qorma:
Oil 1/2cup
Onion 4small
Beef Meat 1kg
Ginger Garlic Paste 2tbs
Red Chili 2tsp
Salt 1tsp
Coriander Powder 2tsp
Cumin powder 2tsp
Garam Masala 1/2tsp
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Curd/Yoghurt 1cup
Water 1.5 to 2ltr
Daal:
Masoor Daal 1/4cup
Moong Daal 1/4cup
Mash Daal 1/4cup
Chana Daal 1/4cup
Rice 1/4cup
Wheat Porridge 1/4cup
Salt 1.5tsp
Red Chili 1tsp
Cinnamon small piece
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Black Pepper after mixing both mixtures 1tsp

I tried it today, Haleem tastes phenomenal... only observation was quantity of water .. I am in US, and 2 litres was a lot .. for beef, I wouldnsay 1.5 liter and for Daal 1.25 Liters.
I made Garam Masalah myself and did not use onions.
Follow the instructions and no one can go wrong

افضال بیٹا آج ہی میں نے بھی حلیم تیار کی ھے، اتفاق ہے میں کچھ اس طرح ہی بناتی ہوں، لیکن مجھے گندم (آجکل حلیم کی گندم واش ملتی ھے زیادہ بھگونے کی ضرورت نہیں، اور چنے کی دال کے برابر (جو )ضرور ڈالتی ہوں چاول کی بلکل ضرورت نہیں ہوتی، اس سے کچھ شو لہ کچھڑی کا مزا آنے لگتا ہے ، باقی مزے دار لگا سب۔
