I like Ryan so much because he's the type of skater I want to be. I don't mind if he's not an extremely tech skater on flat ground and ledges, he's an artist and has so much style on a board. He's classy too, and that's what matters the most.

I actually grew up with Townley and he’s one of my very good friends but before going pro and really getting to skate full time, Townley was a handrail monster starting from like sixth grade all the way up to 18/19 ish, but I think he realized that he doesn’t have to go so big and get injured and sidelined so often doing giant handrails and perfected this current style thats a lot more stylish and street surfing vibes with the occasional giant super long rail but to this day if Townley wanted to, I know for a fact he could lipslide any handrail known to mankind. Even though he does go super tech like Mike Mo/Shane, dude can do the craziest shit I’ve ever seen on a skateboard while just fucking around.

Grew up with this guy and since day one he’s been throwing down the gnarliest shit. Just so happy for him that he found Welcome and exposure as he deserved to go pro more than most current pros. Love and miss you Townley!
