This song and music video came out six months before the George Floyd Riots took place in 2020. To some viewers and listeners, it is as if the band was predicting the future. Because of this, it is not a surprise to me why they won the 2021 Grammy Award for “Best Heavy Metal Song”.

Just discovered you guys while revisiting some of my favorite anarcho punk bands and making a playlist. Majority of the tracks are from the early 80s to about 2005. Just wanted to say that I added 5 of Body Count's songs so far, because they fit right in to that oldschool punk/anarcho/metal sound.
Dude, I grew up a hardcore kid in NJ and went to shows all the time. Body Count back then was something to laugh at. Fast forward to today, they're absolutely crushing this shit. They have a more 'heavy hardcore' sound than most hardcore bands it seems like nowadays. They know what they're doing and they do it well. The last record was awesome, this one seems to be as well.
