    Thanks for your videos, I have a question. When I do deposition to get range of layers so my question is how can I determine the size of spots from images do you have any idea?

    How could we know that the peak position have that orbital like Mn2p

      Thanks and appreciated 👍. XPS generates the percentage composition of each element and survey scan. From these observations, you can easily identify these peaks.

    Thanks for such a helpful video. I am just asking that how we write Mn2p 3/2 based on values OR the analyzer will provide these values ?

      Analyser will provide you a PDF and excell sheet copy of detailed results including all elements present with percentage and their oxidation state.
