You don't have to like CP or anyone else for that matter; however, just like we are afforded freedom of speech, there are also consequences to actions. When did we start allowing folks to speak and act anyway they want towards you, and you are at fault if you respond or stand up for yourself. Whether CU wins or loses this year, the media should feel free to report on the team but personal attacks should be off limits because the folks that have the most to say would be the 1st to complain if somebody attacks them personally.

Al Davis banned Adam Schefter from all Raiders press conferences and facilities. Accused him of being a spy for the Denver Broncos, because he worked for a local Denver news station before ESPN. No sports reporter made that their #1 hot topic.

Keeler also asked O Line coach Phil Loadholt, whether Shedeur was in his interview for the job and insinuated if Shedeur had a vote in whether he was hired. More recentlty when Corder's Athlon article came out, he asked Seaton about Hazing. Keeler wants to ask football questions in the presser, but as you can see his articles have nothing to do with football

Bottom line, it takes money to give out scholarships for football recruitments. Prime being at boulder colorado over a hundred million in economic revenue has been generated. Last year's 4-8 record is a result of available resources at hand. There was no money to recruit top of the line linemen last year, but this year, there are way more resource$ for coaches and players. Coach Prime is building for the years a head. I'm sure coach prime is investing in the youth in boulder/colorado to help his future football roster. He did that elsewhere before coming to Boulder. Looking forward to a new season.. Loved Deion the player, both football and baseball. I even enjoyed the way he was authentically himself despite how it may have rubbed others the wrong way. But I couldn’t think of a better description of him than false profit. Props to that reporter for doing actual journalism and calling it like it is. He pulled no punches, unlike these national media personalities who have established relationships with Deion and don’t want to lose access.

professional. The reporter keeps bringing up personal issues. Deion asked the guy to have a private meeting to squash the personal issues. Stay professional.
I'm not a fan of Deion BUT calling sports reports "journalists" is pretty comical AND to think they should have any RIGHT to anything has always been a strange concept.

Tell me why would anyone continue to answer questions from a person where all their questions are attacks. People ignore reporters everyday, but because it's Deion, it's a story.
I was really excited about Colorado last year. But it is just too much.... I will watch this year. But not the same way as last year.

In fact, I've been on the edge of my seat waiting for the CU Buffs name to change to the Colorado Deion's. Not sure I understand why you ban him from asking questions but still let him into the press conferences - he can still hear what DS says to other questions and he can still write his articles and take his shots at DS within them just the same as before.
Yes he can't ask specific questions but it would have made much more sense to just ban him from coming to the press conferences altogether.
The columnist got too personal in his columns. I Imagine that the Lakers and LeBron James wouldn't allow Skip Bayless to ask any questions at their press conferences due to Skips wild and personal takes on LeBron.
