So as a fellow roadside assistance tech I'm going to point out a few things I see in the video for you that I would personally do different just sharing some advice with you because I have been in the industry for over 5 years 1. When taking off a security locking lug nut you want to use a breaker bar instead of an impact otherwise u could damage the locking lug . 2. Always ask the customer where the locking lug key is located other than looking through the vehicle trying to locate it because that is how you get customers that accuse you of stealing things
