👌🏻 Well made video. & Good info.
🙏🏻 By any chance do u know if I grow geranium in full sun in Mumbai India weather, will they flower all year round!??
👍🏻 Mumbai India 🇮🇳
They need some shade about 50/50 they like the heat but they can not handle bright sun all day. If you can keep them all summer put some straw to keep warm in winter they will come back next year
What is full shade
One side of my 2 storey house has full sun from morning till evening.
Is that full sun?
One side is hid from the sun from morning till evening. Is that full shade or low light or indirect sunlight?
I have carport in the middle of my yard, it casts shade all day, I can still see and read under it when I lie down there out of sun. Is that full shade indirect sunlight or?
I have a windowless fibro shed, I can still clearly see my way round in the daytime. Is that fullshade low light or indirect sunlight?
Nice
I live in Florida, in our summer months we get alot of rain in between droughts. Will these flowers withstand heavy rain without drowning them?
Lol, You get rain in the summer ? Lucky you. Jealous in South Texas ! 😁
My marigolds couldnt handle the rain at all in South FL. I hate the weather here. Cant grow anything nice
Some of these " sun plants " not true I have planted so many full sun plants that die no matter what I do. I live in Florida it pours in winter , summer, and fall then we'll go mths with Nothing !!!!
So good
Good
You should do a heat tolerant plants episode!! Im from texas. And i love plants. But it can be difficult to keep up with texas heat
Maryjane Rodriguez Same here. The bluebonnets are beautiful but unfortunately they do not remain in bloom for very long.
You are correct. I live near Dallas and last September we only had ONE day under 90 degrees! My Petunia's withered up and died. A rose bush that I had had for over 10 years died...after watering it 3 times a day. Our trees died also. Only tress left was Oak and Pecan. Mimosa dried up and died and an elm tree also. Never seen anything like it...last year's heat was hard on green things in Texas!
Anywhere along the gulf coast
I got most of them
Wow beautiful..can I have one
☺️
🥰
Nice😍
My pentas don't survive only hardly any leaf left only stem is there how to save

Hi are you familiar with impatiens? Do they thrive in full sun or shade?
Impatient needs to be in a partial shade.
Marry gold is jeat tolerant but i conclude that it doesn't tolerate low watering
Believe it or not I have a geranium that doesn't like full sun .. probably just being difficult!
I live in North Florida and geraniums can’t handle a lot of hot sun in my experience. Or probably it’s the humidity? But I quit buying them, anyway.
@@3pumpkins170 lol even plants becoming snowflakes!
@@glen7661 lolololol, that's a good one
Marigold winter ka plant hai
i always thought, that marigold is calendula (exempl. Calendula officinalis), this video displays tagetes (Tagetes petula)
Petunia is winter season flower.. not from summer
Very correct. Even I was wondering how it has been mentioned here i.e India especially North India and Western India.
There are kinds of them blooming in the summer..
Do not forget that Petunia has many varieties.
Our winyer is Angrezon ka summer.Aabo-hava ka fark hai!
@@إقرأ-ل6ش Dear Can you please mention some names of Petunia or other flowering plants that can survive in scorching heat of North India? I had mentioned details in my comment but no reply from the owner of channel; or anyone else came to give some concrete suggestion.
Here in Cambridge, On, Canada, we are limited to a hight of 45 centimetres for herbaceous plants, that we want to place in front of our houses between the sidewalk and street curb. I would like to know, which of the plants in this video will grow under this height?
Lantana is a good one
Also Geraniums
You'll have to trim your bush , just on top
Interesting channel. I offer friendship. I subscribed
Will they survive a Ohio winter?
What do you mean (Full Sun) !!? you don't know that the temperature in some places in the world can get to 200 C°. so there is no plant is full sun on our planet. do you understand me.

💙💚❤️🖤💜💜🧡💝
Please segregate the flowers on the basis of weather in which they grow.whether they love summer's sun or winter's sun
Nope! Need full sun and in pots on porch :'(
Geraniums prefer cooler weather, don’t do well in the heat & petunias HATE hot weather & can stand any of the cold zone 9 dishes out.
My geraniums and petunias loved the heat and cool weather.
petunia summer ka plant h
Canna Lillies always look ratty to me.
My sister an I love them for the hummingbird’s. I’ll clean up the fallen leaves anything brown too. Makes for some color behind smaller flowering plants. Hummingbirds are attracted to the red flowers :)
Omg the music kills it! Yikes.
Geranium can't bear north Indian sun Nd heat.
Why do all these flower videos have annoying music instead of someone describing the plants?
Jugoekspertstil
My dog passed away last week due to eating Lantana. I didn't know this until I Googled this and found it they are toxic to dogs. Boo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sunny Marshall Oh I am so sorry!! :( Thank you for mentioning this though because I had just considered growing some out front of the house, but yes sometimes neighbors dogs get loose and run around outside. I won’t plant it! 💖
Beautiful video
I live in Vegas and just bought many of these. Should I be watering every day?
I’m not looking at a video so that I will have to read... the music is unpleasant also
Great list. We’re in zone 8, We’ve grown a lot of these in containers in our full sun due South garden. I’d say the Lantana quickly outgrew it’s pot so it was put directly in the ground elsewhere in our neighborhood. I’d add Zinnias to the list-you can’t argue with the color choices and the abundant blooms. Don’t forget Coneflowers sometimes if I deadhead them we get blooms twice in the year. Spring & Fall. I’m hoping moss verbena will be more heat tolerant than the other verbenas we’ve had which quickly got heat exhausted so that I had to treat them like annuals. 🌻
Lantana is a weed growing and threatening native vegetation all over India. It has taken over several national parks forcing herbivores out into fields for foraging and its a fire hazard. It is an invasive species so I would advise caution with this Weed.
Avoid lantana in India! Useful warning. It is crucial to know whether a flower is invasive in one’s own area. Our winters are cold enough here in the Carolinas so lantanas die back and are more easily contained in our landscape. Have a great day!
Lantana is a weed in Australia, and so difficult to eradicate.
Verbena is a winter plant
My angelonia is dying, what should i do to save them? 😔
We planted our Angelonia in the front where it gets morning sun and afternoon shade. We live in north Texas. Previously, when I tried it in the back where it gets full sun, it died.
