Hello sir, on my first interview by refugee status determination officer I didn't say I was prosecuted; However, I told him that I was issued a warning latter to sign on and I got unfounded rejection based on my story. It was just I was afraid to tell the truth because I thought the officer would tell my story to my government but I was brutally prosecuted and my family bribed the police for my release whom issued me a warning latter to sign on. Sir I am an asylum seeker, this is my case is acase of farm land between my family and another family. I was attacked, totured and arrested. Also detailed in police station for 3 times ,my wife was raped on the process of the attack that lead to the pregnancy teminated.after some time I developed mental problem. My question is what kind of asylum seeker? is it political or humanitarian?
Where you came from No authority?! Bcoz if it is political theres supposed to had a war or something like that… ok in his UA-cam channel there is a video explaining what kind of people can claim asylum inside America territory so you better look for it.

hello sir I am from Sudan,I am a teacher, I've married from big officer's daughter he had refused because I am from different tribe so we have escaped together to capital and then when he knew our place he has kidnaped my wife and arrested me but I had successful escaped again from him and went to police and told them everything ,told me ok you have to apply this paper and wait we are going to arrest him,then he came with them and beat me so hard and they have taken me to unknown place and threatened me he will kill me unless divorce his daughter and left me without food and water but I escaped and I don't know nothing about my family and went to India but still I feel so scare because they can reach me here please help me and my wife!

My case is in court. It was to be heard Dec 15 2021. Its postponed to 4yrs from this yr. 2025. What can I do?
