Tutorial: Creating stock model & using it as block - Delcam/ Autodesk PowerMILL

  • Generating stock model in PowerMILL and using the same as Block.
    This is extremely useful when dealing with Casting or Forged component machining as a rectangular block results in unnecessary tool path.
    Alternatively one can import a casting pattern as a stock model if one has.

      +Fa iSaL Hi, sorry for the late reply. You can use the high speed option (arc fit) in strategy

      You can create a stock model and select "Show Rest Material" in Drawing Option
