Omg, I’m constantly amazed by the fact that Susie and Rachel are these incredibly intelligent professionals from the normal version and have agreed to be on the absolute chaos of this show. They do so well though, I love them being equally the straight people who kind of ground everyone and then also just giving it back and playing when they can. They’re a delight!
This was only supposed to be a one-off crossover event. It was so popular they made it into a series. I honestly think they both enjoy getting to do Countdown with hilarious comedians. Both Rachel and Suzie were hesitant to fire back at first, but now they give just as good as they get.
