Glad to see you post a video, McMahon. Definitely enjoyed the book intro. You gotta keep that watch this time! I’d love to have a 6 watch collection. I’m embarrassed to say how many I have… 😮
I think everyone's watch obsession is on 4! During the craziness of the lockdown, when people went crazy for watches. So many people were into watches for the wrong reasons. Investing, speculating, flipping! Yeah, I bought quite a few watches, but it was more of a coincidence than me jumping on the bandwagon. It just so happened that a couple of my watches had reached the end of their usable life and being out of work (unrelated to the pandemic). They needed to be replaced. I bought wisely rather than haphazardly, and I've just reached a point of saturation/homeostasis. I think I've only bought 2 or 3 watches this year, which is a post-pandemic low. When I'm looking at the watch landscape, not much is tempting me. I might have a more difficult time if I had a watch channel, though. Anywayz, the whole market is down. Although some people cringe at the word crash! It seems realistic at this point. But, to me, that's OK! I totally expected it!
I recently had a medical issue, which helped reprioritize certain things for me. Don't get me wrong, I still ordered a watch while I was still in the hospital and I still like watches. 😅 But one of the things that I've also been doing lately is keeping a notebook and a journal. Most of what I track is related to health and recovery, I've also been more mindful of my personal finances. I think more than anything, in spite of this comment, it has helped me reduce screen time.
A developed forearm is critical for these watches Jeff! What watch would you go for if you wanted lots wrist presence but quartz or solar powered. Big is better....
4 meals a day; 50 grams per meal; whey protein powder mixed with nonfat Greek yogurt for two of those meals; protein with vegetable and a glass of unsweetened soy milk for the other two meals.
I really like your writing and of course musings on watches and the psychology of collecting.
Love the Citizen among your Seikos 👏🏻 I’m envious of your six watch resolve.

Just bought an Omega Seamaster 22.64 (there is even a 22.54 automatic) aka Peter Blake. It would be perfect for your collection.
So glad to see you back Mr. McMahon, was getting a tad worried there!
Came for the watches but you have an interesting life story. I’m happy to hear more.
I've been a horoglydyte for ten years. I'm no longer obsessed, constant curiosity but no obsession.
Whew, glad you’re back! I was worried you had run out of things to say. 😊
On Mondays we do arms.....and if you want a watchbox jammed full of watches, your arms better be f#$!king swole!
Good story McMahon. I'm hooked and ready for the next instalment. BTW have you read Life after god by Douglas Coupland?
@@albertl7 I have not.
Recently got the Tudor Pelagos 39 mm - which is titanium - and that’s the best wearing watch I’ve ever had. Plus it looks dead cool 💪🏻👈🏻
Great work on the Road to Swoleville🎉 Keep it going!!!

Glad your family is on the mend
My youtube watch obsession dropped massively, but mainly because I'm now on the Watch Crunch community platform. Out of the frying pan, into the fire
You do have a good collection

Hysterical it’s the new Baby Reindeer 😂 of Body Building , I would say your delivery on point audio book should be a priority - Netflix

Hey McMahon, you can write good descriptive text. 😂
Talk with the Buff Dudes….
How does one consume 200 grams of protein a day? Can you talk about that in a video, your diet- I mean cake and cereal don’t have any protein.
