I wash once a month I do aloe Vera and fenugreek prep oo for 2 hours then wash then a deep conditioner (vitalis hair mayonnaise ) 2 hours after then clove and Rosemary rinse castor oil and I’m done 2”twice a week clove Rosemary spritz and castor oil (clove dries my hair) One protective style a month one was a month I have super low porosity hair with tender scalp I’m tired and that’s the best I can do before I put in a relaxer hair is 9 inches after 18 months started this routine 6 months ago seen a major difference
