Daniela, Paulina and Alejandra's live performance is almost inexplicable! Many bands with 5 or 6 members are unable to reproduce live what they recorded in the studio. The Warning manages to improve the studio version, a phenomenon.
First time Consume is played lived and it sounds great. it should be a hit. It has all the right ingredients to be so. It's one of my two favorite songs from KMF (the other being Automatic Sun). Merci beaucoup, mon ami. 🤘🏻⚡🇲🇽

The security are pros at work. You also rarely the techs or crew members show any reaction on the music being played. Their focus are on other things than the people listening and being entertained by the artists.

It's funny ... I hear really a lot of "It's overproduced!", "too many writers", "too much electric, tracks, whatever" ... They play it live ... "It sounds great!", "That's my favourite", ... ... As I said in the past as I will continue telling: "Go and watch them live! Keep in mind - their studio-recordings are just teasers ..."

The Warning needs to drop more and more fan-favourites but their new titles are also bangers. One solution for the three girls: Playing longer ... but I think they pretty well know their limits. They can't play all their hits and keeping their mammoth programm alive. So they have to cut ...
But their own headlining shows need to be 90 minutes, not 75. Most of the new songs are barely 3:00 minutes long. They could easily play 20-22 songs a night and not 15-17.

They do have one of the most growing fanbases for a "rock-band" - they are playing in sold-out concerts. They would not be able to do this without a hit (at least for the ones who are going to their concerts)
I was extremely curious of how DPA were gonna handle some of the vocals live but very confident that it was gonna be great and they absolutely didn’t disappoint! Dany and Pau, in Consume here (and Ale in general), have such complimentary yet slightly different vocal timbres that it works so well vocally for them. I was hoping Pau was gonna do the Keep Me Fed vocal line in the song…yeah.

Dany-Automatic-Sun always gives her 150% no matter where she is and what kind of audience she has. She can be singing live for her fans online or before a huge and full stadium and she'll equally shine brightly.
After a long time, Pau is using her hihat extensively to build rhythm for songs. Keep Me Fed album will be remembered for songs like Escapism & Consume where Pau brought back Swing through the hihat.
First off, thank you for these videos of The Warning debuting these songs, great audio and video for a fan-cam. You obviously had a great spot so thank again. Second, can we talk about the vocals? Those cadences are great and must be really tough to pull off live for both Dany and Pau as they are playing their instruments, but especially Pau. I'm always impressed with her but I'm really impressed with her in this song. Long live The Warning.
As much as I enjoyed the single releases from KMF, I believe the non-singles are even stronger songs. I can't wait to see them at Rocklahoma! Great videos...thanks for sharing, @MrAngelDevilSoul !

I like the crispyness of this live performance much more vs. the dryness of the studio version. Thats why everybody prefers live in this record. One of the few bands better live.
The studio album is an ear candy fest-which makes in endlessly re-listenable, imo. The Warning, it seems, does not write songs they cannot nail live-I think because, if you listen closely, it’s always just five main components (bass, drums, guitar, lead vocals, harmonies). The fact that they sprinkled their most recent studio album release with lots of the state of the art production elements, features and effects, is, imo, a gift to those who love listening to music closely. Doesn’t have to be an either/or or a thing to be judged by putting one down in favor of the other. I think of it this way: we get two, two, two Warnings in one: the intricate fun and surprising musical elements of the studio version and the visceral, charismatic, rocking and fun as hell energy of their live performances. I personally enjoy both.
@@longcastle4863 Maybe when my order arrives I'll change my mind, I have listned the online versions only, but in the case of Error, the live sound feels very similar to the studio one, even if it also have fx and all that, here in pc or phone.
@@longcastle4863 , not an candy fest for people that subscribe to that less is mostly more. I connect generally with music that got an organic human feel, even if it's electronic music. KMF sounds in my ears so synthetic and computer manipulated, that I find listening somewhere between boring and annoying. I do also find Viagra Boys newest album lifeless and boring to listen to compared with their earlier albums. Their frontman revealed in an interview that the only real recorded sound you hear on the new album are his vocal. All the instruments are 100% programmed by the producer to get an "modern" sound, despite it's an 6 piece band with great musicians. It's like CGI of music.

I keep wondering why people can’t just be happy with that and accept that they’re also the kind of artists who like to experiment with new ideas and sounds in the studio-especially as, imo, they do it well and it’s likely to garner them many new fans from radio play. After a long time, Pau is using her hihat extensively to build rhythm for songs. Keep Me Fed album will be remembered for songs like Escapism & Consume where Pau brought back Swing through the hihat.
First off, thank you for these videos of The Warning debuting these songs, great audio and video for a fan-cam. You obviously had a great spot so thank again. Second, can we talk about the vocals? Those cadences are great and must be really tough to pull off live for both Dany and Pau as they are playing their instruments, but especially Pau. I'm always impressed with her but I'm really impressed with her in this song. Long live The Warning.

I like the crispyness of this live performance much more vs. the dryness of the studio version. Thats why everybody prefers live in this record. One of the few bands better live.
The studio album is an ear candy fest-which makes in endlessly re-listenable, imo. The Warning, it seems, does not write songs they cannot nail live-I think because, if you listen closely, it’s always just five main components (bass, drums, guitar, lead vocals, harmonies). The fact that they sprinkled their most recent studio album release with lots of the state of the art production elements, features and effects, is, imo, a gift to those who love listening to music closely. Doesn’t have to be an either/or or a thing to be judged by putting one down in favor of the other. I think of it this way: we get two, two, two Warnings in one: the intricate fun and surprising musical elements of the studio version and the visceral, charismatic, rocking and fun as hell energy of their live performances. I personally enjoy both.
@@longcastle4863 Maybe when my order arrives I'll change my mind, I have listned the online versions only, but in the case of Error, the live sound feels very similar to the studio one, even if it also have fx and all that, here in pc or phone.
@@longcastle4863 , not an candy fest for people that subscribe to that less is mostly more. I connect generally with music that got an organic human feel, even if it's electronic music. KMF sounds in my ears so synthetic and computer manipulated, that I find listening somewhere between boring and annoying.
I do also find Viagra Boys newest album lifeless and boring to listen to compared with their earlier albums. Their frontman revealed in an interview that the only real recorded sound you hear on the new album are his vocal. All the instruments are 100% programmed by the producer to get an "modern" sound, despite it's an 6 piece band with great musicians. It's like CGI of music.

I keep wondering why people can’t just be happy with that and accept that they’re also the kind of artists who like to experiment with new ideas and sounds in the studio-especially as, imo, they do it well and it’s likely to garner them many new fans from radio play. But regardless, I know a lot of this is subjective and down to personal tastes. Peace ✌️
