This series has recently been rebooted. I wrote this whole thing originally when I was 12 years old, and the flaws in the art, writing, and animation are glaring. The series is far from perfect, and now that I’m 19, I can’t even bring myself to watch it anymore due to its cringier moments. This series does not reflect who I am as a creator today. While I understand that many find nostalgia, comfort, joy, and amusement from this show, I have a strong dislike. However, I know that I was a child when I created this, and I don’t want this to discourage young children also interested in creating their own content. The reason I don’t like it is because I am my biggest critic, and I have grown immensely over the years in my animation and storytelling skills, so when people attach this series to my name, as if I have control over it today, it bums me out. Don’t get me wrong, this series was amazing, fun, and exciting to write and produce! And I’m glad so many people love it! I just wanted to make a comment, almost 7 years later, addressing the fact that this show no longer represents who I am as a person. Once you finish this series, I recommend checking out the rebooted version of the show, which is currently in progress! They are two separate entities, but I feel as if the reboot is much stronger in a variety of ways. Thank you all for your wonderful support with this show! You guys are the best

Am I the only one who feels bad for Vivian? Yes, she has done terrible things, but she must be under a lot of stress for it. She looks regretful about what she's done, and Ares whas very cruel punishing her. But I wonder, what will she tell the lights when they ask her about her wound?

That one scene where Lunis doesn’t allow Vivian to visit Jackson just made me hate her so much. After finishing the series, I started watching the reboot. The amount of improvement is unreal! Lunis in the reboot is less-idk how to say it. She’s more nicer and not-mean?? If that makes sense? Kudos to you!
I don't understand. I thought Jackson would have died. The medics only had a few minutes, didn't they? How would they have gotten all the dirt and mud out in so little time? Unless it turned out to be more than a few minutes, like, let's say it turned into ten minutes. Still, that's not much time, given he was laying there for the whole night, PLUS Vivian *was* covered in mud and dirt, and that would have transferred when he got injured by her, wouldn't it? Vivian also lied a couple times, so who says she didn't lie about him being alive? With the way she attacked him, a lot of mud could have gotten transferred, so I'm wondering if he actually IS alive. Sorry, I'm just really confused. He was about to die when he was at the medics, and I'm just wondering if he did survive.
Yeah. Of all the things in the universe, I doubt ANYONE would be able to survive wounds like those with mud and dirt infecting them for more than probably a few days. It's just impossible, if you look at the science of it. I mean, Vivian lied while telling Ares that she tried to kill Jackson, who says she didn't lie again? Plus, it was TWO MONTHS since he got injured. You would think he got better, and would be in the group that was called to the King and Queen, but he wasn't there. Perhaps that he DID survive, but the infection was worse than he thought, so it kept him there for longer, but for a little less than two months? I don't think so. I'm still open to the possibility that he is alive, and just needs to do something else, or he's still healing (because those wounds were absolutely TERRIBLE, don't get me wrong here), but honestly, wouldn't you think that he would be out there? Why don't we see him in the video aside from in the medics? Because the possibility could be that he didn't actually survive, and everyone's just trying to avoid the subject in the meantime, because he was a good cat, and didn't want to hurt anyone. But, his heart was going to stop, Aggot said so himself, and the other medic said "I'm trying, but his wounds are so infected! His wounds, there's mud and dirt in them!" I mean, for me, because of the science, it's hard to think of how fast they had to get the mud and dirt out and keep his heart from stopping. Plus, who's to say they got ALL of the mud and dirt out? Some of it might have gotten deeper through his veins. Plus, both Ares and Vixie said that he's dead. If Vivian lied about that, wouldn't they have caught it? Plus, Vivian said over and over that she killed him, only saying ONCE that she only TRIED to kill him. (Man ... that was a handful to type. I'm not used to typing comments this long. Plus, the lost kitten is ADORABLE
Kayla M Fassett Kayla M Fassett hi there!! glad to see that you actually have genuine concerns for what's happening!! if you look closely, i actually placed his wound in the least injurable place on his neck, yes it's still can be fatal, but not as bad as if it were on his jugular. secondly, how far could vivian had dug her claws? if couldn't have been that far down, because if it was she would have definitely felt the blood rising faster than she did. thirdly, jackson is alive. i can tell you that he is alive, and the medics were able to save him. lastly, in 2 months, the patient will still not be better enough to get the all clear from a doctor. with a wound like that, it can take 6-10 weeks to fully recover enough so it isn't an issue anymore. he would not be able to be called upon the mission at that time because not only was he not cleared, but he lost all of his strength in the recovery period. i'm super glad you asked about this, and gave some direct insight instead of just "what happened to jackson??" it was a lot more fun to answer :)

I overall liked this episode! I think you portrayed how a cat like Ares would react to that kind of situation. He is a "do now think later" sort of guy. The only thing I don't support fully is reviving Jackson. It feels like my emotions were kinda wasted. If he serves some sort of other purpose in the series, I do support it as long as you make some sort of logical explanation as to how he survived. Vivian's guilt was also well done. It shows how she is trying to atone for almost killing her brother.
Yea the thing with jackson is, he is critical to the plot, and this attempted murder is going to make him do a complete 180. Why would I introduce the hell demon concept and him leaving the darks, just to kill him off? I'm sorry you felt wasted with your emotions, but this was actually sort of the intent ;w;

I have to say that I'm excited for the next episode! The animation is so fluid and the voice acting is just superb. Take your time in making the next episode. And poor Vivian. Sure, she's done some bad things, especially towards Jackson, but I can see some conflict stirring inside her in the end, like she cannot escape from what she has done. Poor Viv will be scarred for life... And I can see you put in some more character development, especially with Hesia. Every story needs character development.
I hated lunis in this scene she thinks she is doing the right thing and doing what is right whereas no if Vivian repents of what she did that she left it she does not have the right to interfere between the relationship between Jackson and Vivian
