Fun fact ravens/crows have a huge vocal range and can copy other noises animals make. When ravens find a dead animal they'd often make a sound of a predator to attract other predators so they'd come and brake up the dead animal and the ravens get to eat the smaller pieces

here’s a tip i think i learned from JayPlay ‘ s hunting guide : try biting the elk mama aswell to spook her into running , and she ‘ ll go that one helpful distance away , so that you can single the calf out a bit more .

I am so so excited for the Slough Creek update! I recently started a new game with a shy female wolf named Aster and a more confident, goofy male wolf named Cliff! I can’t wait to see what their pups look like!

Seri, zoom out while hunting, it will make it so much easier to see the mama elk. Also, you might want to check the controls because I cant remember which, but there is a button to make you gallop with out using energy. It is very helpful during hunts because you will need all your energy biting and holding on to the elk.

Since crows don’t have the type of beak capable of ripping flesh like birds of prey do, they’ll take the opportunity to lead a wolf, for example, to the carcass- with this both get a shared both get a shared portion of meat.
