So it a little bit worse but the trade off is consistency Each turn you can expect to make 3 coins on a blue space, the most common landing spot. So if you roll to get coins from your dice instead of movement it raises the average by x/3 instead of a zero.
I love when they get so excited LOL this is how mario party is meant to be played. I hope the wonderment lasts for a while but I know the game can also get frustrating pretty quickly
