The girl is actually played by SISTAR Dasom, the "gay" is singer-actor Seo In Guk and the boyfriend/husband is actor Ahn Jaehyun. KWill himself stated in an interview somewhere that it's confirmed that the character that Seo In Guk portrays was meant to be gay and had been in love with his bestfriend the whole time. Personally, I think he was just annoyed at the girl because she was taking his love away from him, which was why they focused on the two in the first place. If you rewatch the video, you can see that it was hinted that he had feelings for the other guy when it was after the wedding? Also, South Korea is not as open minded as the US so matters like this are still considered taboo though they are progressing in that aspect. In that sense, I think KWill is pretty amazing to be doing an MV like this especially in 2012.

Not many Koreans in the entertainment industry are openly gay. As with other Asian cultures, the subject of homosexuality is still considered taboo in South Korea. But I have it in good authority that Itaewon (the expatriate area of Seoul) has gay bars and that kind of thing. So, South Korea is not completely closed off. He won the first Superstar K (tv talent show) and has gone to do a number of albums and has starred in a number of highly acclaimed Korean dramas (in particular, you should check out REPLY 1997 but anything he is in is usually good). Ahn Jae-hyun plays the Groom in the video. He is a model and actor. He played a support role in one of the biggest Kdramas in the last few years, My Love from Another Star. The female in the video is Dasom, who is also a singer with the Korean girl group, Sistar. She also acts and was recently was in the drama, the Virtual Daughter-in-law (which despite wanting to like it, was pretty awful).
Well, I am Korean and big fan of K.Will. K.Will said he want to put some humor and a surprising plot twist in his MV. And this is the first one. To be honest I feel like the car scene is what we think is happening (if you notice, at the end after he rips the photo, both guys sit together. Which I think it means that it's not always what we think it is, and Also shows what we now think or Rather know is happening.) I think they are supposed to be close friends in the video and two of them are dating, that's why they live together. Also if you pay attention you can see that he's actually happy for the girl (since she's his friend) but gets angry/sad whenever he sees her with guy/ whenever he remembers she's actually dating the man he loves. Also, in comparison to America for example, South Korea isn't AS accepting, in fact the LGBTQ community struggled this year to be allowed to hold their pride parade! So yeah, the main character is dreaming of the person in the car (as you see when the girl disappears from the car and the man replaced her in the last shot) so the beginning shots with the girl were supposed to put you off, but you could still tell he was mad at her, which is what makes this video so interesting, as even when you see him give her the BIGGEST bitch glare at 0:51 you still dismiss the fact he seems to hate her because you are kind of set in the idea the heterosexual love is the norm, and everything else is the exception! You still dismiss it even as you see him rip like half her side off in the picture and even when he gives long looks at the guy and smiles when he holds wrist, certainly not the action of someone whose angry at a person for taking their crush! I love that song! Other awesome songs I wish you react to are Nell-The Day Before, The Ark-The Light, and Lyn and Leo-Blossom Tears. These songs have stories also and are very beautiful. I hope you react to at least one of these.
I believe that the car scene signifies how he feels about her. By all rights, she's done nothing wrong, and we see her how she's always been: happy, pleasant, caring. She's in the car with him because despite that, she's always *there*, always in the way, and he can't escape it. When he reaches for her, we're seeing his desire to be in her place. He's consumed by the inevitability of her presence and what that means to the love he feels. You can see all over in the video the little things that point to him actually being interested in his friend instead of her, like at the beginning when he first makes an appearance. Seo InGuk (the name of the actor playing the main character) starts immediately smiling and laughing at whatever Ahn JaeHyun (the other actor) is saying, but then he shoots a dirty look at the woman. Even when JaeHyun is pulling him back down to get the picture taken after the wedding, it's like InGuk can't quite stay mad at him. It's really a very masterfully done music video.

The moment at the end when you all become speechless, legit made me laugh. K.Will is a great singer whom his voice made me fall in love. Day 1 was the first song I listened to by him, and I think you guys could possibly react to that. (: Personally, I think the story was about this emotionally distraught man, whose crush was being stolen by this girl, which is why he seemed so annoyed when she was pinching and touching his face. When they announced their engagement, the guy became more upset that his crush was getting farther away from him. At the end where they take a picture, the guy was refusing to be in it, but his crush dragged him in, unaware of the guy's feelings. Hence the ending with the photo.

you say you like story-like Kpop MVs? then look into Brown Eyes or Brown Eyed Soul (Brown Eyes is an R&B male duo from 2001, they later split and the one member ended up forming the R&B quartet Brown Eyed Soul), MV's for either groups are all stories with none of the members shown in the MVs; only later did Brown Eyed Soul started including their members to cameo in their MV's. I assumed all three of them are roommates or the girl visits the two men's house. I believe the car scene is what the gay man wants to be his reality. He wanted to be in love with the girl because being gay is harder especially if you fall for a straight guy, which he did. It's easier to be in love with the opposite sex. However, that's not his reality. He loves him and he can't have him. In the end, his friends got married and he, despite the heartbreak, know that he is gay. If you guys want to watch a legendary group with one of the most popular kpop songs ever please watch TVXQ/DBSK - Mirotic. It was released in 2008 but still one of the best and well known kpop songs to date.
A lot of groups like EXO look up to them due their huge experience. It's a key song that defines Kpop and the quality of the dancing and song is on point as well.
Everyone has their own interpretation on the story, but for me I think he does like his best friend/roommate who was dating the girl. He got annoyed of her because he envy her with the relationship she was able to have with his bf/roommate. The part when she was in the car, I think he was just imagining if he could only be in her place, then he would be able to marry and love his bf the way she does. Some other people say that he really like his best friend..... as a friend, and that he doesn't want to lose his friend. I don't know what the true meaning really is. It may have something to do about the gay culture in Korea on how it may not be accepting to the society (maybe as a whole or in general), that is probably why he was crying at the end due to not being able to marry the one he love. How he can't express more of his feelings that he loves his bf, due to him being gay, because his best friend is straight. IDK. All I know is that this is a great MV. Love K.Will. And the more you keep watching the MV, the more you notice hints that he keeps looking and glancing at his best friend more than the girl.

Heyyyy so I know a lot of other people have recommended this already but I will recommend it again.. SHINEE!!! They are known to have rediculiouly difficult dances for that I would recommend Lucifer or Clue and Note Dance version(sherlock) they are also just great in general. To be honest I feel like the car scene is what we think is happening (if you notice, at the end after he rips the photo, both guys sit together. Which I think it means that it's not always what we think it is, and Also shows what we now think or Rather know is happening.) I think they are supposed to be close friends in the video and two of them are dating, that's why they live together. Also if you pay attention you can see that he's actually happy for the girl (since she's his friend) but gets angry/sad whenever he sees her with guy/ whenever he remembers she's actually dating the man he loves. K.will is not in this video and he's not gay XD but he clarified that the guy in this MV is supposed to be. Also I look forward to the other videos you'll be making, I'm sure they'll be fun ^^

Second they never said that InGuk was gay but that the character he's playing is (again by Kwill's own words). It's a thing called acting, are you familiar with it?. Finally InGuk is a great singer and actor and this has nothing to do with him being gay or not (as it has been implied by your comments).

*sees the title* yasssssss haha but no K.will isn't in the video, they're all actors (random fun fact, the main character guy and the girl are both singers, you will probably see the girl in sistar's videos; the group she's in, who are awesome 10/10 would recommend their songs, like 'touch my body' and 'shake it'). As far as we know the main actor, Seo In Guk isn't gay. Also, in comparison to America for example, South Korea isn't AS accepting, in fact the LGBTQ community struggled this year to be allowed to hold their pride parade!
So yeah, the main character is dreaming of the person in the car (as you see when the girl disappears from the car and the man replaced her in the last shot) so the beginning shots with the girl were supposed to put you off, but you could still tell he was mad at her, which is what makes this video so interesting, as even when you see him give her the BIGGEST bitch glare at 0:51 you still dismiss the fact he seems to hate her because you are kind of set in the idea the heterosexual love is the norm, and everything else is the exception! You still dismiss it even as you see him rip like half her side off in the picture and even when he gives long looks at the guy and smiles when he holds wrist, certainly not the action of someone whose angry at a person for taking their crush!

I believe that the car scene signifies how he feels about her. By all rights, she's done nothing wrong, and we see her how she's always been: happy, pleasant, caring. She's in the car with him because despite that, she's always *there*, always in the way, and he can't escape it. When he reaches for her, we're seeing his desire to be in her place. He's consumed by the inevitability of her presence and what that means to the love he feels.
You can see all over in the video the little things that point to him actually being interested in his friend instead of her, like at the beginning when he first makes an appearance. Seo InGuk (the name of the actor playing the main character) starts immediately smiling and laughing at whatever Ahn JaeHyun (the other actor) is saying, but then he shoots a dirty look at the woman. Even when JaeHyun is pulling him back down to get the picture taken after the wedding, it's like InGuk can't quite stay mad at him. It's really a very masterfully done music video.
OMG, knowing that music video, it was absolutely hilarious watching you guys trying to guess the twist while watching it XD

Personally, I think the story was about this emotionally distraught man, whose crush was being stolen by this girl, which is why he seemed so annoyed when she was pinching and touching his face. When they announced their engagement, the guy became more upset that his crush was getting farther away from him. At the end where they take a picture, the guy was refusing to be in it, but his crush dragged him in, unaware of the guy's feelings. Hence the ending with the photo.

you say you like story-like Kpop MVs? then look into Brown Eyes or Brown Eyed Soul (Brown Eyes is an R&B male duo from 2001, they later split and the one member ended up forming the R&B quartet Brown Eyed Soul), MV's for either groups are all stories with none of the members shown in the MVs; only later did Brown Eyed Soul started including their members to cameo in their MV's. Whether you all do reactions to them or not, at least watch their MV's and enjoy the stories being told by their MVs :)

K.Will is not in this video. The main actor is playing a man who is in love with his best friend, who is a man. But his best friend is already dating the girl, who is also his friend. I assumed all three of them are roommates or the girl visits the two men's house. I believe the car scene is what the gay man wants to be his reality. He wanted to be in love with the girl because being gay is harder especially if you fall for a straight guy, which he did. It's easier to be in love with the opposite sex. However, that's not his reality. He loves him and he can't have him. In the end, his friends got married and he, despite the heartbreak, know that he is gay. That is why his friend appeared at the end sitting next to him. He is gay, that is his reality.

If you guys want to watch a legendary group with one of the most popular kpop songs ever please watch TVXQ/DBSK - Mirotic. It was released in 2008 but still one of the best and well known kpop songs to date.
A lot of groups like EXO look up to them due their huge experience. It's a key song that defines Kpop and the quality of the dancing and song is on point as well.
Everyone has their own interpretation on the story, but for me I think he does like his best friend/roommate who was dating the girl. He got annoyed of her because he envy her with the relationship she was able to have with his bf/roommate. The part when she was in the car, I think he was just imagining if he could only be in her place, then he would be able to marry and love his bf the way she does. Some other people say that he really like his best friend..... as a friend, and that he doesn't want to lose his friend. I don't know what the true meaning really is. It may have something to do about the gay culture in Korea on how it may not be accepting to the society (maybe as a whole or in general), that is probably why he was crying at the end due to not being able to marry the one he love. How he can't express more of his feelings that he loves his bf, due to him being gay, because his best friend is straight. IDK. All I know is that this is a great MV. Love K.Will. And the more you keep watching the MV, the more you notice hints that he keeps looking and glancing at his best friend more than the girl.
