- I was invited to the home of BMW to take a look at the BMW 3.0 CSL Hommage R! Personally, I've never been able to rev a concept car before, and what I heard was music to my ears! @@markuslihtte8733 unfortunately he only said that in theory it could be made for a buyer, presumably for the right money. In practice, it's still not on the production line and likely will never be. Hopefully I'm wrong.
@@tlbagnall Nah ur right. The production costs of just a few would be so high, that you`d have to sell this thing for a ridiculous price. Also with the whole world going electric, this thing doesn`t fit in their strategy at all. Of course it is sad, cause that thing looks absolutely beautiful.

I love how they returned the Roundel to the c pillar, the led “X”s in the headlights, the side exit exhaust, the entire body modifications. This is a perfect progression of the original 3.0 CSL.
The perfect progression of the original 👌 is the perfect statement of this Ultimate Driving Machine
I remembered this concept being announced back in 2015 and I loved it.
Although I now understand where they got the inspiration for the grilles on the latest BMW models from.

I wish THIS was the official production release of the new CSL 3.0. It’s such a shame, the concept always looks better than the finished product.
I try to catch my breath every time I look at the introduction of this masterpiece that combines classicism and a unique sporty character. Also, the design of the wheels is very, very, very cool, and the sound of the car is indescribable. Wow

That amazing front end actually looks good with the new large grilles, it looks MEAN, that single exhaust is awesome and sounds MEAN, those rims are beautiful and add to the MEAN! MAKE THIS CAR ASAP!! Put a supercharged S-85 in it and it would be perfect!

@@priterna6130 When you say repairs, do you mean if the car gets damaged? I have owned 5 BMWs and never had to get one repaired. I have only had to service the car and buy parts. Maximum is around $2500 a year. The car is $100k. So how do the repairs cost more than the car? If I crash it into a tree, then yes the cost to repair it back to new will be more than $100k.

In a concept car they don't have to hold back. For road legal cars there are a ton of regulations that make cars sound worse nowadays.

Hi, this Concept is a really cool update of the CSL. Probably the best looking design to roll out of BMW in my opinion, hopefully it comes into production as you suggested BMW should do.
Such a great video - what a beautiful car. I got to see a 1972 CSL 3.0 at the BMW Car Club museum in Spartanburg recently.

I was extremely skeptical of the bigger kidney grills shown on the G80 M3 shown in November 2019, but if they actually are the same as they are on this concept car, then Domagoj Dukec will have done a fantastic job...! Fingers crossed!

It truly is a amazing car! I was a little nervous when I brought it and took it to the track for the first time. It wasn't tuned to my liking or driving style and I thought the factory vinyl was hideous. But after going to the Xbox market place, I found a great solid color. Forza 7 Blue!
