I do love to add coco handle. I love the leather interior now than before. Wow didn’t know there was an issue with the handle. Oh what a bummer you got one with scuff on the corner of the bag. Wow the woven leather chain was problematic and the sides too. Interior should be no scratches too. Yeah some people buy and then return.🤪 Thanks so much for this review. ❤️
If you’re paying so much for a bag, there shouldn’t be an issue with the craftsmanship. I will never buy Chanel for this reason. The customers shouldn’t be the one doing the quality control.

Hi Irene, I also notice the feet don't really serve a purpose. The base of the bag isn't straight. Quite soft.. so the middle will still come in contact with the surface of the table. You can compare to the lady dior and observe at table level u will get what i mean xoxo

I have 3 coco handle and do not know whether I should get if there is other seasonal colors after knowing all these risks. Those four corners will show wear and tear eventually , no matter how carefully you are. Especially it is dark color bags. I’m thinking if I choose lighter color, maybe not so obviously.
