From single note per bar strumming to four down strokes the key to Justin's lessons is his ability to scaffold each lesson in such a way that gives the player next steps while ensuring they are comfortable where they are. It's very good, to understate it.
@@Ilaystoller I'm pretty alive as far as I can tell! At that time I was doing an apprenticeship and didn't have the extra money to support people on patreon, last year I finished the apprenticeship and now I do have the extra money :)
Guitarzero2hero has the actual real version. It’s fun to watch Justin’s takes on songs with capos and open chords. I use these video to teach my daughter simplified versions cause she still working on open chords but if you like playing the song like the artists do go to Guiatrzero. Otherwise to be honest this just sounds kinda wired
Been using your videos to learn certain songs for a while now and it’s been bugging the hell out of me who you remind me of and it’s finally come to me!!! James Blunt!!!!!
Hey Justin, first of all thanks for these great lessons. You've been accompanying me for the last 4 months and I'm almost through all the beginner classes. What helped me most was the clear categorization of songs in difficulty levels. How come you are not doing that anymore?
Justin there is no doubt you are the best guitar teacher online or I ve ever watched ,no rambling ,straight to the point and expert information ,I own 3 of your excellent books ,
Great lesson! Thanks! Can you please do a lesson for Little Martha by Allman Brothers Band? It's a short, lovely instrumental by the ever inspiring Duane Allman.
Justin, is that a Super Lead or a JTM45 over your left shoulder? If it's a JTM45, you should consider making a demo video soon! Thanks for the great content, From the USA, Luke
I just saw Ur channel accidentally and I really like the way U break songs down! Would U please have a tutorial for Coldplay's "The hardest part & UFO & True love & Old friends" too🙏🏼😅
Great lesson Justin! This was a fun one to play along with the record!! I recently found you through the Anderton's Rut Busters and it has really launched me into rabbit hole of theory and ear training. I am trying to work out Still Feel Like Your Man by John Mayer and would love to see what you come up with and if I am on the ball or not. Can't wait for more from you!
Maybe you should check out the website of justin. He has an excellent free beginner course. Practice the basic chords and changes between them and come back to this lesson when you have mastered this.
Great - I actually prefer this version to how CM plays it on Stern, that's too hipster singer song writery for me. Much prefer this unpretentious clean more country/folky sound.
Lol. I will give it a shot to sing it higher. Justin please do some videos on Spanish romance. I really love listening to those and want to learn to play. :)
None of the tutorials I've seen have the last chord in the chord progression right. The last two chords seem messed up to my ears when compared with the actual song
Everett Sanchez try re tuning or make sure your not muting any of your string. And maybe you need a capo or as dumb as this sounds maybe your not strumming the right strings.

can someone help me what are the chords for the bridge? plesse reply and thanks
Great singing
thanks but bit on the rough side to my ear - this guy shouldn't sing!! ha ha :)
Hello sir, I'm the student of your beginners course but I still can't find chords from the songs can you help me. How to find chords?
Italia 🇮🇹
Great - I actually prefer this version to how CM plays it on Stern, that's too hipster singer song writery for me. Much prefer this unpretentious clean more country/folky sound.
Do Eastside too
Beautiful guitar. what is it?
Dont mind me, 2:45
Can you make a version with bar chords?
if you know barre chords - you can do it easy! ":)
Chords for barre chords are C# - D - G# - Fm (no capo)
No comments about Joe Satriani?
Sounds very low on pitch. Does it make sense to put the capo higher?
than you also have to sing higher; but if you can why not
CM sings it an octave higher but I can't even get close without sounding like a strangled cat!
Lol. I will give it a shot to sing it higher. Justin please do some videos on Spanish romance. I really love listening to those and want to learn to play. :)

yes i noticed too

hey mate..
whats the guitar name??
Froggy Bottom!
justin please marry me i love you
very j'en ai marre
Y
An OK song but personally I prefer Joe Satriani’s original version.
ha ha!
This isn't how coldplay actually plays it
I'd prefer to learn the original made by Satriani called If I Could Fly :P
ha ha!!
The D chord doesn’t sound right no matter how many times I play it
Everett Sanchez try re tuning or make sure your not muting any of your string. And maybe you need a capo or as dumb as this sounds maybe your not strumming the right strings.
I’m sorry but I saw him play this song on Howard Stern and his chords are nothing like these.
Bloody plagiarisers! This is what they stole from Joe Satriani's ''If I Could Fly''.
Awesome lesson! Thank you, Justin!
Wow
