I also think that the Indian market today is the most interesting today. There is just so much competition. 5 years ago, the average Indian was buying a crappy sub 100$ phone. Now the battle has moved to 150-300$ range. And the Chinese makers have really done a great job with their phones.

I am 100% positive that MI are downgrading the camera performance of Thier previous gen phones.
My note 5 pro used to capture stunning photos, now it's worse than my ZenFone max pro. Which is impossible. I noticed it when redmi 6 was released. And my gf uses redmi note 6 pro. But after redmi note 7 pro has released , her camera shots are now shit too.

Headphones and speakers are pretty decent. Nothing outstanding but not bad either. Speakers are loud enough at full volume. I wish it had stereo speakers though

Well it js super fast no lags in the games even in max settings.. for performance purposes I pick poco.. for camera the redmi note 7 pro is much better

Miui is just a deal-breaker for me. Unlike others in this comment section, I am using smartphones since 2008. And, miui drives me nuts. Apart from ads, the thin illegible font, the bloat, iOSish UI, weird Chinese RAM management etc are the few reasons. To replace Moto G4 plus, I would rather go for slightly overpriced m30 than note 7 pro. Last year, I waited for mi a2, but they omitted the headphone jack, good battery and microsd slot, just to ensure sales of redmi note 6.
You can flash a custom ROM. I don't remember the last time I used a default ROM. Lineage OS is life.
@@SohanaHaider I once tried back in the heydays of CyanogenMod due to the stupid touchwiz on galaxy note 2. It bricked my phone. Maybe, I did something wrong. But still, not everyone can flash his/her phone. Xiaomi should itself do something on it's end.
@@akshuns1 ahh that sucks. I agree that Xiomi definitely should improve there UI. But for now I feel like it should not stop me from getting such affordable and capable hardware. Modding can be difficult but you should give it another chance, it's much easier now than back in the CM days. Do lots of research before doing it.
Just root it and use a custom rom=problem solved. Takes about 15 minutes.
I've been using my POCO f1 running MIUI 10. I'm a Xperia user before, and in my experience with MIUI it's kinda alright it's smooth looks good going thru the ui my over all experience it's okay not that bad

I am watching on My RN5 PRO which also a Good Package Phone.. I used RN5 Pro since 8 to 9 motnhs and I must say full charging will be done in 2 hours and in performance it is really a good machine..

I am a heavy gamer ,should I go for honour play with turbo GPU or I stick to note7pro
Look at some PUBG gameplays on Honor Play. Whenever the player releases the screen and touches it again you can see that the aiming jumps. Tried a Mate 20 lite and Pocophone and the same thing happened. This totally destroys the gaming experience. Playing with less fps and lower graphics is way better in my opinion. People love to think that a good SoC is enough and tend to forget that a good display is the heart of a phone. Of course if you put a better SoC in a phone you have to cut the quality somewhere else to keep the same pricetag. On a Mi 8 lite PUBG ran totally perfect with HD/High fps settings. It's probably the same on Note 7 (even better on Pro). However after seeing the bending tests of it I am really afraid of buying it...

Not required to flash the Chinese rom. You have the option to disable recommendations in each of the app settings. You don't have to sit and do all at once. Just turn them off when u see an ad in that app.
Nah, request bootloader unlock, flash official Lineage OS, and you're done.

Would've liked to know more about the overall performance of Redmi Note 7 Pro as it has the new SD-675 SoC. Also, as it's a phone with a good camera (and not the other way around) want to know about network reception, call quality thru earpiece & loudspeaker, headphones, etc. too. Reviewers spend way too much time on reviewing just the camera. Also, as i replace my phone only every 2-3 years, I want to buy a phone with 6Gb/128Gb option, but Poco F1 seems a better option considering RN7Pro 6Gb-128Gb variant and Poco F1 with same RAM/Int Storage cost about the same. That is if one can tolerate a MIUI. I prefer stock android, so may prefer waiting for Mi A3 or even Asus Zenfone Max Pro M3 which are expected to release later this year.

I doubt that relame 3 pro will come with gorilla glass 5,let alone oleophobic coating.So if you want a phone with great built ,supreme performance and best in class camera,you should go with RN7P.
