Hi, I'm very sorry, the B21 videos you saw on YTB are all very early, and the printers in the videos are all old versions. Your printer is the latest version, no spools are needed in the middle. Simply load the label paper into the machine and push the left and right baffles to the middle to clamp the label paper. You can see the pictures I sent you for the operation, and you can click on the link to view our latest version of the manual.
Nice Video. I use the same .. But its not working with Android tablets, is not compatible :(
This would be the best pocket thermal printer for me, only downside is it doesn't print photos like paperang. I hope that they update this :(

Hi fr3ak3281, may I know if you print with transparent paper? if so, please try to do a paper calibration: find Me in the NIIMBOT app- My device- paper calibration, choose transparent paper. And then take the paper out from the printer, restart the printer and insert the paper into it to print.
@@NIIMBOT no im using a designed label paper.. it happens with every new paper.. the only one it accepted was the one it came with.. the paper is original with control number and all..

Yes，you can attach a photo on the template before printing.
This is a nice little printer (B21). There is 1 thing that I don't like. The app has no way to sort you templates alphabetically, which is very inconvenient.

I used to use an Epson ET-2550 ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 , an early model of the ink tank style. It worked well, but had one nuisance that drove me up the wall; if you didn't put it in high quality print mode you'd get a streak across the page. I'm happy to say I have yet to see this with this printer. The print quality has been fantastic so far, the set up was super easy. All in all I'm very happy with this printer.
