90s metal and hard rock was absolutely LIT. Fear Factory, Machine Head, Korn, Rage Against the Machine, Pantera, White Zombie...... it was a GREAT period for metal and rock.
'Demanufacture' was another masterpiece from that magical early to mid 90s time for metal. Where it seemed that new classics were coming out every month.
Burton, the vocalist, is the originator of the harsh/clean singing put together in the same song. Dino, the guitarist, is the only founding member still in the band today.
Fear Factory is shockingly undervalued and/or unknown by younger metal musicians born around the time the band was slaying the scene. They were pioneers in this style of music that delivered us dozens of bands since doing their version of this...
When I saw Fear Factory at Donington in 1996 they were so loud that they blew the amps after about 3 songs and had to get more amps on stage. Such an incredible band. 🤘🏻🙂
Also did a great cover of Gary Numan's Cars. Featuring Gary Numan. Vocalist Burton C. Bell did an album with GZR. Band created by Geezer Butler from Black Sabbath. Great songs like Giving Up The Ghost and Seance Fiction
I still use a physical typewriter! I have not used a fancy electric one since I was a kid...lol Those were so good that if you made a mistake you could press a button and it will wipe the ink off the page or add white out onto it to hide the spelling mistake. Its buttons felt like a gamer keyboard not like a laptop keyboard which is flat. My typewriter on the other hand you have to hit the keys HARD, so hard that it will move a hammer for each letter that hits the ink ribbon that must be pressed hard enough to push ink through and imprint onto the paper. If you do not press hard enough it may be a light looking letter or not even reach the page at all. If you are too fast at typing or not accurate in speed for each letter, then the hammers can get tangled! An electric typewriter is less like a real typewriter like I have and more like a printer connected to a computer that you type on, but instead of typing it into the PC and then printing out the page you are typing and printing the [age all at once. Mine is old school as we used to say! Raw and analogue!!
My fave FF album by far. Still banging to this to this day. H-K is one of my all time fave heavy songs ever, great gym song when I'm hittting the speed bag. FF were a hit and miss band for me, but Demnaufacture is an all time great metal album and a must for any serious metalhead.
My 2 favourite songs from the album are probably Zero signal and Body hammer. First time I ever heard Fear Factory, more precisely the Zero signal was when I watched Mortal Kombat movie in -95 or -96.
Seen them live at the download festival at Donnington Park. My partner had never heard of them before but I bigged them up. As soon as Burton c bell released his vocals my heart sank into my guts. He could not sing live for anything. Dreadful live vocals. Still love the band however.

Us ACTUAL millennials would never use a 2000s kid term like "lit". You don't speak for me or my generation. I'm an actual old school millennial

Remember that cd to be glued to the cd player going on Repeat for weeks.....This tight sound was new to me
90's Metal will always be my Jam!!!!

Securitron, descent, regenerate, edgecrusher some of my favs from these guys. Rocked their album Obsolete all the time in the late 90s!
Edgecrusher is still on my playlist for gaming and PvP to this day. My favorite track Fear Factory put out other than Obsolete
Agreed, Regenerate holds a special place in my heart as i discovered it while post-op. Definitely made me heal up faster.
And we simply cannot miss SHOOOOOCK!!!
My favorite band evet

Lmao you are describing me here i love this band resurrection is probably one of my all time favorite songs also sybreed is pretty cool
For me, one of the most important bands in the late 90's early 00's in my opinion, together with The Kovenant and Samael.
Such a great song!
Samael was so good!!!!
I agree. Samael is slept on. Love them.
This chord play Dino is implementing... pure gold

Watched then play this live as a kid at ozzfest
They brought many elements of current metal music into one package almost 25 years ago.
Demanufacture and Obsolete are masterpieces.
Raymond Herrera drummer that should get more love dude was a machine in the day
Dino. Can’t be replicated.
Fear Factory were so underrated..
Love seeing Fear Factory reactions. Under appreciated band.
Also did a great cover of Gary Numan's Cars. Featuring Gary Numan.
Vocalist Burton C. Bell did an album with GZR. Band created by Geezer Butler from Black Sabbath. Great songs like Giving Up The Ghost and Seance Fiction
Classic Fear Factory :) influenced so many bands.
Love this song!!!
Best metal band ever!!!
First band to do cleans with death/Industrial metal!
This band and Meshuggah got me into the heavier side of metal in the late 90s - early 2000s. Will always love their albums Demanufacture and Obsolete.

Digimortal is a great album ❤
hell yeah, the lyrics are so impactful in that album, is great
Such an integral band, to getting me in to the more Heavy stuff! Raymond’s double bass 🤘😎
Demanufacture should be considered as required listening for all metal fans
For good Industrial metal, y'all should check out the two Circle of Dust albums, Brainchild and Machines of Our Disgrace
More fear factory , piss christ great track
One Step Closer !
Button C.Bell ❤
4:34, the girl seems to have a giraffe neck in this particular frame =)

This song is tame in comparison to most Fear Factory songs. Great tune and band. I used to listen them a lot in the 90's.
You reacted to FF three years ago. Edgecrusher.
FF just goes hard.
The lyrics is written from a perspective of a character who was conceived by r@pe, for anyone wondering
Love you guys but anyone into metal knows this song!
How is that you're in a metal band but claim to be hearing basically every relevant metal band for the first time?
First time hearing Fear Factory? Really? Have you been living under a rock? And this is one of their weaker songs.
I don’t buy it either…
They have at least one other FF reaction on this channel from a few years back. I'm sure this is just a very poorly worded video title
Industrial band that never heard of FF. Well, it's not like reaction channels would lie about their _reactions_ , right?

wtf was that reaction ? you just talked about a fucking typewriter....
