If you don't mind i would like to ask you for your opinion on the new SU-25 because I wonder if it's such a big upgrade that it's worth grinding and taking over the SU-25T (which I have) Also, what do you think of the new middles on it (are they really so much better than the CH-25ML like everyone say) and how useful do you find the thermals on it? The Ka-52 has DIRCM and HIRSS, making IR missiles struggle to even consider locking and if they do they get jammed. flares would be overkill as IR already can’t hit, so chaff is to try and help against radar missiles, although good luck chaffing any SAM, it’s just an extra measure though. Besides, you really just fly low to dodge SAMs, and hope they don’t proxy.
at that br you're main threat is spaa and they all use radar missiles it's very very rare to die to an ir missle after like 10.0 because everything uses radar other than planes.
All Russian top tier helis are mounted with DIRCM, essentially rendering infrared seekers useless

This is why I spawn already in a SPAA like ADATS to counter people like this spawning in a Ka-50, Ka-52, Mi-28NM and other OP helicopters at the start of the match. I remember I got 6 helicopter kills just by using my ADATS for the first 5mins of a match. I ended up having 10 air kills on my ADATS. Yes, I reloaded on a capture point.

yes, the kh38ml/t makes su25 as a great CAS plane to play in top tier.(deal with top tier spaa) and also the thermal sight on the pod.
