MOTOFOG is an innovative tool to fight vectors and diseases (e.g. Malaria and Dengue) in urban areas and for pest control in agricultural areas.
The system was designed to be installed on a motorcycle, allowing the control and prevention of disease bearing mosquitoes and other vectors in areas of difficult access where fogger cars can't reach, such as: slums, hills, alleys, vacant lots, junkyards, etc.
In agriculture, MOTOFOG has major advantages for insecticide application, since it can drive between plantations with narrow lanes, alleys, and in uneven grounds, improving the application process, increasing efficiency and minimizing the work time.
The system uses the motorcycle's own engine power to effectively spread the desired insecticide and is easily handled by a single operator.
The system was developed to be easily installed in a 125cc-150cc motorcycle, one of the most common motorcycle models around the world.
The installation is easily performed in 1 hour using our provided installation manual. Maintenance is no different of a normal motorcycle, much cheaper than cars and tractors.
MOTOFOG doesn't stop the motorcycle from being used as a regular transportation method. Spraying can be started and stopped by the flick of a switch, while its electronic injection system allows for 4 different flow settings changed real-time.
The technology employed in MOTOFOG includes an on-board micro-processing unit, responsible for the real-time flow control using an electronic injection system, which in effects guarantees constant output regardless of the motorcycle's rotation or acceleration.
