The program used was [MMD] witch is MikuMikuDance its fun you should download it if you want when you download you should watch a video on how to use it but first before you jump into animating you should get use to the bones the there are different types of bones some bones will be in a circle shape those ones are used to rotate the joint then there is one shaped in a square those ones will allow you to move the part like the feet. you download the city,house,weapons, etc. the main bone is mid.
