This would be my 20th year at Burning Man. It’s funny hearing what you’re learning and your reactions to it.
The nutshell is, it’s the second largest city in Nevada, built and taken down in one week…sort of.
People come from all around the world. No dogs allowed, which is the hardest part about going. I miss them terribly when I’m there.
Usually I am performing at StarStar Roadhouse where we put on a hiuuuuuge cirque production. Fire is fully allowed and we build a multi-million dollar venue that houses my aerial fire dancing and many other dances and shows.
Professional artists come from all over, to share and experience such fabulous and extreme stage time. 😅
It’s hot windy dusty and can be very cold too.
Also last year a baby was born out there!!!! Dang’ and it was theee hottest year of my time.
It’s truly an amazing experience, 70,000 different experiences happening at once. It is what you make of it. I’m glad both of your guests are delivering some accurate info about the experiment.
So funny to hear people squirm. I’ve learned to not try and convince people to go anymore. They gotta want it.

Basically, if you haven’t done burning, Man, then you are not in the hipster/cool fucking crowd! I’ve had many friends that have gone and continue to go. I don’t have a desire, unless someone invites me and has a RV. 70,000 people plus who because they walk around in the desert half naked or fully naked with boots on. Cool fun but not with my middle aged body ! I’ve been to a lot of festival. Seen a lot of great music no desire enjoy not for me.
