    Novak is a proof when you are a man who have standards and discipline nothing can break you. To me he is greatest athlete of all times. Not only he achieved greatest things in tennis but the conditions he had to overcome his whole career is what makes him the greatest

    • @sybersecurity277

      He was born on a Tennis Court and had Nici Pilic as a mentor. His body held up great, no chronic condition like Nadal (food degeneration since beeing 16 years old).Nadal was not bombed as a kid but that gave Nole maybe the mental resilience he has.

      @@sybersecurity277 : As someone who has made a career from poverty and a poor country, i understand how much mental resilence is needed to become thte best. (I am no where the best at what i do but even to get where i have - the stress of it all was crazy). Nadal had toni nadal as a mentor. Spain as a country has always had a bigger tennis culture than Serbia. Novak literally created the culture.

      @kkkk288 Nice romantic narrative, but that's just not true because Croatian helped him, paved the way for a serbian, he got financed by other mentors. Maybe it was harder to stay im Germany than in Spain, but the Nici Pilic academy was state of the art back then. So best training conditions.

      @@pacifist1360As a tennis fan, let me tell you biased fan something; Yeah, you're right little bit. Compared to big three aliens, Andy was the superhuman who is not ahead of big three in h2h but let me show you stats of Andy against big three in finals to open your narrow mind little bit.
      Andy vs Novak
      GS final 2-5
      MS final 5-5
      Tour Final 1-0
      Total Final 9-10
      Andy vs Roger
      GS final 0-3
      MS final 2-0
      OL final 1-0
      Big final 3-3
      Total final 3-5
      Andy vs Rafa
      MS final 1-1
      Total final 3-1
      Tell me how's this a bad stats. If you hate any of big three, I get that fact bc they were always neck to neck against each other and really close in every match. But if you hate to include Andy in the conversation with them, then you should've stopped watching tennis a long time ago.
      Plus may be Andy vs Novak is the only fixture in history that has happened in every big tournaments and also in 250 and 500 tournaments. So, from next time, think about this before opening your mouth.

      @@pacifist1360 brother, for your kind information, I'm a Djokovic fan but most importantly, I am a fan of all of them. That's why I said I'm a tennis fan. Since I started watching tennis, there have been very few players that I didn't like. But I don't see any counterargument with logic here. I only see a yapping little boy who's afraid to accept the fact that Murray has good stats in finals against the big three.

    • @mentalpsychologist7011
      @mentalpsychologist7011 Місяць тому

      @@pacifist1360 I agree with most of the things you said and I said that too. He wasn't as good as the big three. And he's part of big four not part of big three. He may be in the top 15 or 20 just bc of his GS achievement. If you think of other achievements, he's slightly better in the rankings. But my problem is the disrespect you guys show towards him. He's the best opponent for them who wasn't as good as them but gave them fight of their lifes in the finals. There's was no need to point out he wasn't as good as big three. We know and we get it. So stfu and put some respect. So please if you have any counter arguments you can say just don't yap

    I hate the bull crap that compares men and women. Novak is out on his own at 24 slams for men! Margaret Court is on her own as a woman. If Roger was at 24- on his own as a male, I wonder if the media would be comparing him to Margaret Court

    • @richietaylor9870
      @richietaylor9870 18 днів тому +1

      They probably shouldn't compare Djokovic and Court, not because one's a woman and the other's a man, but simply because the Slams they won were entirely different beasts altogether. Her 1960 Australian Open had 32 entrants (mostly Australian). There are WTA 250s these days which have more stacked line-ups. In 1964, the total entrants to the women's event was 27, meaning they had to give the top 5 seeds byes into the second round (which became the round of 16), therefore Smith (as she was then known) only needed to win 4 matches against 4 fellow Australians to claim her fifth title: Mary Hawton, Madonna Schaact, Jan Lehane and Lesley Turner. Compared to Djokovic's fifth AO where he beat: Bedene, Kuznetsov, Verdasco, Muller, Raonic, Wawrinka, and Murray. The gender is far less relevant than the quality of field they were up against.

    Two biggest stories of tennis in 2024: The Goat winning the Gold at Olympics to ceremonially end the Goat debate (that was actually over with GS nr. 23), and, Murray back as coach, 'whipping' the Goat into shape again to win another few in 2025. 👋👍

    First reporter is for sure a federer fan. At first the goal for goat was feds grandslam but now that djokovic is ahead then the goal is 25 😂 crazy work by the cultists ngl. Though I am a bit skeptical if djokovic can actually win another grandslam. AO is his best shot and if he doesn't win, I think we would get his retirement soon.

When you listen to him and others talk about it, they have nothing but positive remarks.
