Best video and most informative. Thank you so much. I woke up to hundreds of eggs... Roberto and Señor Tapas ???? I don’t know who the mama is.

Can't wait to do the same.
Thx
How old before you start feeding brine shrimp fry to the babies ,thanks Kerrykite totally caught of guard with the eggs now have hatchings
My Axolotls look the same, but the genders swapped. My Axolotl first batch was 405 eggs. They all hatched and have good homes!
I also fed the hatchlings Bloodworms and they took it well and grew fast
@@greenbeads4550 freeze dried? I'm having trouble finding live food in my area so I might have to try that when they hatch or order some.
Do you need to put bubbler on those containers where you are putting them?
Or are they good even without a bubbler?
YOUR SO COOL MAKE MORE VIDS PLEASE
Do they do good without a filter? I know they can mouth breathe some but I see people with them in tubs a lot
you should make a video on how to change the water
Good vid i did a similar thing hope some survive :)
I couldnt quite make out what temp you kept the eggs at. Did you say 18C? Did anybody else catch what she said?
Good
not sure how many containers i should get i have about 45 eggs. Did you keep all 200 eggs??
I had a clutch and they were doing fine yesterday and then today when I checked up on them cuz I check on them every day what do I do when they start dying off I had 47 but now I only have four and I'm really confused cuz I was doing everything that I researched I was even watching videos and everything but I honestly have no idea what I did wrong
Do Yu need to feed the eggs? Or leave them alone til they hatch?
Someone gave me 4 tiny babies and now im down to 2. He had 10 at first but they started dieing after he added chlorinated water to the tank. Hoping they will survive after changing the water. 😣
they need an oxygen, air pump or not??
So I have 2 Axolotls and they had babies and removed them and now i only 6 left so i not sure Im supposed to care for them i have brine shrimp hatchery and i dont want them to dye i have been feeding them the brine shrimp but how do u feed them
Make sure that you seperate the shell casings from the actual brine shrimp... This can be done by turning off the bubbler (air pump) and putting the light source close to the bottle of the bottle (the upside down bottle). The actual shrimp are attracted to the light and will stay at the bottom of the bottle while the egg casings will.float to the top.
Taking your turkey baster (or a straw if you don't have a baster- put your finger over the straw and suck up the shrimp by lifting your finger) suction up the brine shrimp at the bottom.
Eggs casings will kill your axolotls if they eat them. I've lost many babies because I never knew they couldn't eat these egg casings. This is why it's important to carefully seperate the eggs from the shrimp.
Also, try and use a glass container because SOME plastic containers have chemicals that can leech into the water and poison axolotls.
Another great food source is grindal worms. I find my grindal worm culture on Craigslist usually.
Daphnia is good too but don't make the same mistake I did.... Don't put tap water in with your daphnia! Tap water kills daphnia.
GREAT video!!!
