Exactly. Itachi was an experienced and incredibly talented shinobi, who chose to be loyal to his village. Nagato was a little kid who had his parents taken by war. Then he had his dog taken before his eyes as well. And then, his best friend who had restored his hope died too. His life was constantly ravaged by intense pain from adolescence.
It wouldn't. Madara would find another one suitable for Rinnegan and start all over. It would maybe happen a generation later meaning that Naruto would face them as an adult who didn't undergo training for Sage Mode or Rasenshuriken.
This show is all about how people deal and walk with pain. You can use it to rise above like Naruto, can sit and plot vengeance like Sasuke, or rule the world because you believe no one knows pain like Nagato
Nagato didn't use his rinnegan to kill Hanzo initially because the akatsuki only used peaceful methods to get what they wanted. After Yahiko's death Nagato broke and realised that the ideology was naive and then he began to use violent means.
Curtis you gotta remember itachi had the love of his brother and the leaf driving him forward, he'd put everything up to protect those two. That's what pushed him on to doing his mission. What did nagato have? Nothing. Sure he had konan, but he doesnt have a legit whole ass village or group of people he truly cares about. He has only himself really as actual support similar to Gaara as let's be honest, the akatski isn't exactly a family
Official DCW and also Itachi was much more mature and grown for his age. He was extremely philosophical and he understood life and the chaos within it. i agree with both of you. Also he was told he poseses a power noone else has and that he is the Savior of the entire world. Itachi just tried to save a mezely village. So itachis colateral damage to piece was his clan and nagatos was the Jinchuriki and everyone who oposes him of Cours. Nuking the Leaf was mostly revenge in my opinion even though he called it justice. But thats due to the God complex that was forced upon him by others practicly telling him he was Jesus and by heavy psychological trauma.
Yeah, but he was labeled as a S-rank traitor to the very village he protected and had his little brother want to kill him. That would emotionally fuck you up big time.
Dom Ryan of course I'm not downplaying Itachis story at all it's horrible that's what he had to go through I'm just stating that the two types of pain nagato and itachi suffered have different content, making nagato imo have the 2nd most fucked up backstory only to Gaara
Think you’re kinda missing the point of what Nagato and Jiraiya want to accomplish. Yea Nagatos tragic backstory is just one of the many tragic backstories. That’s the whole point. They want to change the world so that everyone doesn’t have all these tragic lives. Don’t just accept that the world is messed up. Actually try to make it better. Jiraiya couldn’t figure out how, Nagato is doing it wrong. But they are actually trying. That’s the mission Jiraiya now left to naruto
I think that I goes deeper than just "who's backstory is sadder and more rough?" I think that it's more of their individual personality and mental state. No one would react the same way Nagato would have if put in the exact same situation. That's what I think anyway.
Yes. I think its unfair to compare backstories while forgetting the person. I mean, if someone had to choose between Itachi's life and Nagato's life, probably they would chose Nagato. But while Itachi was smart and confident since he was a child, Nagato was very fragile and scared. Being unable to protect his friend, even with his powers, "only because of his weak will" it's a factor as important as the death itself
he never killed someone he didnt know what to do he was very scared because he didnt want her to die maybe if yahiko didnt kill his self he could have done something
then naruto and gara has some of the most tragic but naruto surpass gara as he had no friends for all his childhood exept an old man ramen stand and a teacher for an unknown reason until he is 12
nagato losed his parents because of leaf and had no friends dying from starving and finally he got a best friend who died by leaf again if it was naruto pretty sure he will try to destroy leaf
AeonAxis Huh. If I look really closely, it's almost like I edited my earlier statement hours ago to say that maybe I was wrong to say it was a spoiler. Huh.
You don't know this yet, but with the Rinnegan and the Sharingan physical and emotional trauma are necessary to unlock the powers; Nagato didn't kill everyone with the Rinnegan before because he literally couldn't have done it, it was the desperation of seeing Yahiko dead that gave him more control over his powers, enough to slaughter the Rain and Leaf shinobi there.
Nagato is stronger than the 6 Paths of Pain. He can use all their abilities but to a greater scale. He was a beast but he became crippled and severely weakened after linking with the Gedo Statue.
Wow I completely forgot that Ninshu was mentioned this far back...

yeah lol,i thought i was some asspull of kishi later on but it was all planned after all and look the sage was mentioned around ep 160 and people call it asspull.jiraiya even mentioned the reincarnation
kristian perez it's called continunity! Good writing doesn't entail changing lore whenever you feel like it creating plot holes cause you think your twist will be "so epic!" SMH. Some narutards are so autistic they don't know what foreshadowing and consistency even are 😂😂😂
+Gene Bookwalter What the fuck are you even talking about? First you say it's a retcon and now you're saying it's bad foreshadowing? Make up your mind,
The hard part about shinobi in Naruto in terms of their reactions to tragedy, unlike the real world, these people don't exactly have support systems and are largely left to their own devices if not spurred on to do evil by some negative influence around them. I think even in the real world, most people are able to survive tragedy and stay level headed largely because of who they have around them. Itachi is a solid example of this in Naruto, he has immense pain, and no one would begrudge him for hating the elders/the leaf, but he has another focus, he still has someone, his little brother, so becoming an obstacle to help Sasuke grow eventually becomes Itachi's purpose. If Sasuke hadn't made it or Danzo had gone back on his word and killed him (which would have been likely if Sasuke didn't go to Orochimaru) Itachi would have surely turned into a force for evil as well.
Nagato mentions that he feared his power, well it also can be said that “if someone fears their own power they can be trusted to use said power wisely and not rely to heavily on it”.
A cool thing to note here Curtis my man! Is in part one of Naruto during the bell test Kakashi noted that if one of your allies were captured the enemy could do this to you... His example was I've caught Sasuke now Sakura has to kill Naruto or Sasuke dies... We see here Kakashi wasn't just trying to scare them as this is a situation where that very thing happens...
When it comes to the tragic back stories you can't just just measure it by there bad memories you also have to consider good memories as... When it comes to Nagato and Itachi while yes you can say that that he had it worse but he also had it a whole lot better as well... Nagato not so much... in his case he doesn't have as many good memories to counter the bad ones... after his parents deaths along with everything going on in the country every good memory afterwards had to have been touched with bitterness of their situation of what could be of what should be... You also got to consider when everything went to crap for them as well... For Nagato he had to have been around 10 the first time where as for Itachi it was around 13-16... this matters for when you take into account their mental development at that point all though you also gotta remember Itachi was a shinobi while Nagato was a civilian... Anyways when you take all that into account and also the fact that for Nagato everything went to crap again along with things not yet brought up... it is fully understandable for how Nagato turned out in comparison to Itachi...
I think one thing that isn’t emphasised a lot in Naruto is the ages of the characters. When Nagato was going through this he was probably 16 . Essentially most of all the characters you see in Naruto are child soldiers. Naruto himself in this moment is only 15 :/ it’s quite understandable that every villain is insane in this show. They’re all kids 😂
at that point Nagato couldn't controll the rinnegan on will, it only ever activated when he had emotional impact > those guys killing his parents > the Konoha ninja trying to hurt Yahiko > Yahiko's death
not rly he was able to stay the entire time with rinnegan activated he had controll of it he simply was scared because he never killed someone and doesnt want someone to die
It's not just about tragedy. Fuck sob stories. Yahiko's death made Nagato revising his plan on how to bring peace. At first Yahiko, Konan and Nagato follow Jiraiya's teaching. Their mission is to bring peace to people. That's how the original Akatsuki works. Bringing people together and fight for justice. Later, Nagato realizes Jiraiya's ideology about peace may not work. "We're naive children". That's why he came up with another idea. 1/ Accept the circle of hatred will never end, 2/ One way to deal with it is through force. You know what'd happen next.
You get a more indepth back story later on in the series actually some backstorys you have seen get a lot more indepth later on! Also idk if you guessed it or not but that statue is the same statue used in the Akatsuki Rituals
Recognize the Gedo Statue Nagato summoned in that flashback against Hanzo? It's the same statue all the Tailed Beasts have been sealed inside once stolen.
I mean, I don't think he did the wrong way. Every war is proclaimed in the name of peace, so he just followed the cicle. The whole point of this arc is to show that Naruto killing Nagato (if he did) wouldn't make him much different than Nagato. In war there's no right or wrong, good and evil, there's just people fighting for their culture and nation. If we'd seen the story through Nagato's perspective since the beginning, we would probably be rooting for him right now. Remember that he was seen as a god by the hidden rain, he saved his people and made them prosperous.
Each person has a different solution, Some even think its not Possible. What I think would create peace is Compromises and the ability to look at the other sides point of view. Do you think Germany would of ended up in a financial depression post ww1 which later lead to Hitler and his actions that lead to WW2 if the allies who won, Were more fair with Germany? No they wouldn't have ended up like that, That is the problem. A lot of time both sides fail to look at the others prospective, all this does is divide people. Sure it is difficult to look at other prospectives, But only with true understanding can you be able to make well informed decisions.
1:37 That was the bomb. 2:05 Uh oooh. 2:40 Oh man, this scene is so much different now... XD 4:54 Yeah... 7:25 Oh, so even then his face was bandaged up. 7:35 Fuck Danzo. 8:28 There probably was, but, you know...drama. Feels. 9:13 #FuckDanzoHanzo 10:27 Something happen to the audio? 12:30 Oh, there's the music.
One thing I think Curtis is still struggling to understand about this show is that there really aren't many real "bad guys," as of this point in the story. There really is no equivalent to Freeza or the Major from Hellsing, who are entertaining, but not very complex, pretty much just being evil because they enjoy it. In Naruto, most everyone has a clear reason for being who they are and doing what they're doing. Pretty much everyone either believes they are doing what is right, or they've acknowledged the fact that technically the concept of right and wrong is a human invention and have decided to simply do what they must to survive. Looking at Nagato after realizing that, you come to see that his way of looking at things is in fact a perfectly valid point of view. As for who has the greatest pain, keep in mind that even Itachi did have his happy years, while Nagato was born to parents who were struggling to survive in a war zone. Then they died, leaving him homeless, until he found a dog and some friends, who immediately taught him to steal from innocent people just trying to get by because that was the only way they got to eat. Then the dog died, followed by his friend and by the end, Nagato is crippled, barely alive, and left with nothing else in life but his one remaining friend and the goal their dead friend instilled within them. Not only is that super depressing, but if they were to abandon their mission, that would mean they lost what little they had for nothing and their friends dream would just go unrealized.
Curtis, the sad part about nagatos back story that's not worse but more realistic than others is not the tragedies that befell him but more so after the first few he tried to move forward before his "final straw". Compared to most of the series where one thing happens and they seek revenge it's a breath of fresh air to have something so relatable to the real world as in trudging through life constantly getting the shit stick 😂😂😂
Danzo vs Curtis: MY TRAIN IS FAR GREATER TO YOURS!
6 років тому+1
THE GEDO STATUE THAT NAGATO SUMMONED IS THE SAME AS THE ONE WHERE THEY EXTRACT THE TAILED BEASTS AND THEY SIT ON IT'S FINGERS.YOU WILL KNOW LATER WHY THEY ARE USING THE STATUE TO STORE THE BEASTS
I went through the "wanting peace" stage early on, wishing war and senseless death would stop, I was always a caring boy, still am but for my loved ones and those I consider to be my friends, I gave to on world peace real early on, now I strive for my own peace, in my own little world that exists for everyone that's close to me, and my future family, a fulfilling life that I can look back onto and smile when I'm old and dying, although philosophy aside, hem hem Danzo: *DO YOU HATE ME NOW*
Theres more to Nagato's back story and the creation of the akutski then this shows Curtis. Its involves Tobi and the original members of the akutski. I think it might be in some fillers
There are some moments in Naruto that could change the entire story if it would had happened in another way, some filler arcs explore this alternate realities you should check them out ;)
Can kids in the comments stop compring whos pain is stronger, everyone suffered different kinds of pain. Nagato's was more wit the loss of others and the things hes had to seen. Itachi is more towards the suffering of his mind and how he faced a lot of stress and pain from thinkin about his actions. Naruto's is from being neglected and never having anyone from the start. Sasuke's pain is prolly the least impactful imo he faced he loss of his prents which was kind of sudden.
I think Nagato's pain is symbolic of the shinobi world's pain. You mention the tragic backstories being plentiful, and that's more of an homage to the inherent problems within the shinobi world rather than the "You need to feel bad for every villain" approach. Nagato happens to be an embodiment of the pain that is felt throughout the shinobi world, and the culmination of the dreams for vengeance that those like Sasuke strive for. He gains power and ability, fights the world head on, and rises to the heights of power that we witness. He is meant to really drive home the point that the solution to violence is not violence. He teaches us that violence simply begets more violence, however the only thing that those trained as shinobi can process as an answer is to use their skills in fighting to "solve" these issues.
Well i feel like he did not use the rinnegan because like he said they were just naive kids at that point. He got overwhelmed by the what was happening and could not think clearly.
Just got my wisdom teeth extracted today... I have come to know pain, if you know what I mean. Luckily I have today's reaction to cheer me up. Thanks uncle Curtis.
I think the difference between Nagato and the other ninja with tragic backgrounds comes down to the rinnegan. It makes since for him to consider himself a god. As he has the same power that their 'god' had. With the backing of Yahiko's line "I'll become a god and make it stop." He also isn't the only person to be consider 'god among shinobi. Hiruzen Sarutobi(The Third Hokage) Got this title. As did the first hokage. It isn't to much of a stretch for himself to be considered a god. There is a lot of backing for it.
yeah maybe it is impossible to obtain true peace. i kinda feel that way too. but still: if that is a reason to not think about it: nobody will ever make a move to make things at least a little better. And if there is a way for true peace, as impossible as it seems, if nobody thinks about it, if nobody ever tries obtaining it: it will never be found. So it is noble and the right thing to strive for an ideal. this is what ideals are made for. Nobody expects them to become reality. it´s wishful thinking they become reality, but we do what we have to do to get them closer. Be it world peace, be it clean environments or happiness for everyone. I kinda had to think about the movie "pay it forward" it´s a beautiful movie. i´ve seen it as a kid, well 14 or 15 years old, but i still know the story by heart. it´s probably one of the best movies i´ve ever seen. a new social studies teacher at school gives his class an impossible task: "make the world better" no clues given, no ideas how just do it. One kid who´s mum is an alcoholic living divorced from his dad gets an idea that might sound stupid. If everybody helped just three people, it would grow expoentially. While his mum is gone for a few days he finds a homeless man freezing in the cold and takes him in. he tells the man of his idea. Actually the man asks him, how he could pay him back if i recall correctly andf the kid comes up with the missing link of his idea. If you help one person don´t ask for being paid back: ask them to help three other people no matter who they are and ask the same of them. This way it would get exponential growth. The kid tries to help his mum and the teacher but seems to fail, but you see the homeless man stopping a girl from committing suicide and helping to others and things start to get big. It get´s somewhat of a movement. Later feeling he stil lhas to make up for something, as he himself only helped the homeless man he tries to intervene in a fight on the school yard, the school bully beats another frail kid and that bully draws a knife and stabs the boy. this is where you hear, how big the idea got, when thousands of people come to the funeral. it´sthe same scenario: try to obtain an impossible ideal but make it as real as possible. damn i´m crying because i thought of this movie. it´s one of my all time favorites. weird to say about a movie you´ve seen just once but i´ll definitely rewatch it. i mean it´s ten years and i remember it vividly. it definitely is a movie EVERYONE should see. my brain is weird commenting on a naruto video turning it into a movie recommendation
Iirc, Nagato wasn't able to use his Six Paths ability consciously before Yahiko died. The fillers showed that he could summon the Gedo Statue but he could never use it for long.
Curtis Although we know Nagato has powerful abilities with the Rinnegan this was back then before he learned most or all his abilities and how to use them since ofc he wasn’t a ninja when he had them to begin with Madara implanted them into him
That whole investigation to reveal Pain's identity was such a huge joke. Jiraiya's very first assumption was that Pain is Nagato. Then everyone put in all this effort only to find out that he really is Nagato after all.
Except no one else in the village knew who Nagato was, nor did they encounter Pain, so of course they'd have to investigate based on the clues Jiraiya left.
There is that conundrum with hindsight, Doctor Who has such a debate; if you were told that a child would grow truly evil, could you kill that child? But now with your hindsight from this video, killing the children would’ve been wrong. The Sage of Six Paths is like ninja Jesus, you’ll learn about him more at sporadic times. Obligatory Fuck Danzo in order, causing the Akatsuki to go rogue. They had no idea of the powers they were dealing with, and Nagato took Yahiko’s idealism to an extreme. The Gedo Statue, the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path, is the thing that has been absorbing the Tailed Beasts, it’s a terrifyingly powerful summon. Nagato definitely had it rough, but given the circumstances I think Itachi and Naruto may’ve suffered more in the long run, but as you said, how one deals with it is a different matter; Itachi coped by ensuring Sasuke’s safety while Naruto coped...well, we see how he coped. I think with Nagato it was a matter of he knew that he had extreme powers, Naruto - as we saw with Hinata - could’ve lost control much earlier if he wasn’t among people who both knew how to contain a Tailed Beast and experienced loss first hand.
21smoothcriminal Sakura, Ino, Tenten, Choji, Shikamaru, Kiba, Shino, Ebizo, Hanabi, Konohamaru and his crew these are some of the few of the top of my head that didn't have tragic backstories.
Sammy Dray while some of them i see where you come from , bear in mind that the Shippuden series ( excluding the last animated chapter) ends with Naruto beeing 17 In my book they are not adults At least that is how i see it
I know you have most likely seen this question a quadrabillion times but do you plan on reacting to swagkages stuff when you have watched all of naruto?
Nagato just needs the tailed beasts for his plan because he could not find another way. And he know naruto had the same task as him from jiraya so nagato sets an example just to show naruto why peace is not possible..
Nagato pain is different from any other villians that Naruto has fought (Besides Madara). Itachi fought in a war, murdered his clan and was Shunned from his village that he loved. But he knew what he was doing was protecting the people he loved. Nagato LIVED in a nation were war was continuining happening, he wasn't a ninja, just a civilian cought between fire, He starved and lost his parents, dog and best friend Yahiko due to war. He even lost other unamed friends within the organization and has lost basically everything except his dream to end war. Not sure if that makes sense. lol
Nagato can't understand Curtis' pain. He doesn't have to deal with a comment section.
Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki - 大筒木モモシキ MY TRAIN IS FAR GREATER THAN YOURS!
😂😂
Well maybe Curtis is gonna awaken his rinnegan due to that pain 😂😂😂
Kamran Siddiqui maybe he’ll awaken the rinnegan when the train causes him true pain
Train
Maybe Nagato is being literal when he says his pain is far greater? Those rods in his back don't look comfortable
Jarl Balgruuf well tbh Itachi's sickness was more painful
Cahya well he had to take painkillers daily and still pushed himself as far as he could against sasuke without killing him
Dazeencraft itachi didn't use much of his power against Saskue sooo umm I guess he didn't push him self that much well he was blind when he fought saskue
Being blind and weak =/= pain
claytonstrEt94 I said sickness you tard, he took painkillers everyday just to endure it, he was fucking coughing blood and almost passed out when he used susanoo
To coincide with Yahiko's desire to be a "god", Nagato chose his corpse to be his "God Path" out of the Six Paths/Pains.
Wolf Ying wouldn't you also make your dead best friend the leader if you had nagato's powers?
Did you think I disagreed with his choice?
Wolf Ying no I'm asking you a question
I don't really know, but looks like that when the death was a long time ago, its harder to do it. Same with number of people. Probably it's easier to revive Pains because they are just zombies. I think that reviving Yahiko would kill him (and Yahiko entrusted in Nagato his will, so it would be a bad choice)
Then sure
Curtis dont forget that itachi choose to live like that. He could refuse that mission. Nagato didnt choose his pain.
Takanome but if itachi would of refused the uchiha clan would of got killed off and you’re forgetting itachi was in wars at age 5
Yeah, cause refusing and having Danzo kill him and his family is much better. 🤪
thats the liitle big difference between there pain
@@hakimmohammed5549 if he refuse the village will be toasted remember itachi has obito in his side with the rest of the uchiha's alive.
Orochimaru "can i kill this children"
Tsunade"yes"
Naruto ends there
It is kinda cool & bizarre how that one decision changed absolutely everything. To me, it makes the storytelling all that much more fascinating.
Basically, yes jajaja
Fox of Creation spoiler
Fox of Creation there is no gedo statue if the kids are dead so madara would have no reason to come back
It wouldn't.
Orochimaru himself was a war orphan and suffered quite a bit for it.
he just wanted to end their sufferning and let them die
Its funny how he and danzo are always right isnt it lol
But he still was safe in hidden leaf unlike nagato
Nagato didn't use his rinnegan to kill Hanzo initially because the akatsuki only used peaceful methods to get what they wanted. After Yahiko's death Nagato broke and realised that the ideology was naive and then he began to use violent means.

yahiko is soo underrated, i actually liked him a lot, i was really sad when i discovered he died
Nuzzi Gabriele yea because they give pein all the credit like he wasn't being controlled by nagato
yes! i absolutely loved yahiko and my heart hurt so much when he was gone :(
He is my favorite character
Thank you guys. 😁

Curtis will know true pain.....
When this series is over.
It's honestly amazing to me how bummed out I get when I think about reaching the end of Shippuden! I'm gonna be very sad!
But don't worry, you still have many, MANY long arcs to get through before that
At least there's a chance it'll be in english
Oh yea, most definitely....
Vulkan XL lol naruto is trash
You've seen that Gedo statue extracting the tailed beast before.
Also. It is very sentient.
Andre Ware You shouldn't freely give away spoilers.
Edit: You know what nevermind. That comment may have been too hasty.
its not a spoiler lol
AeonAxis Huh. If I look really closely, it's almost like I edited my earlier statement hours ago to say that maybe I was wrong to say it was a spoiler. Huh.
Nagato may have suffered from pain but Curtis suffers from the train !
Konan and Nagato relationship:
-Konan: Nagato dont use X jutsu its gonna hurt you
-Nagato: AHHHHHH *use the jutsu anyway and gets hurt*
Manuel Rodriguez Martinez Nagato is the boss Konan is his bitch

Sometimes the series really feels like a contest to see who has the greatest pain lol. Or maybe it's just the fans :P
I guess boruto won in giving us pain by using his fillers , fillers and can..fillers.
curtis whats you tragic backstory?... is a train involved
Nagato was such a kind boy. He went 180'
Wow I completely forgot that Ninshu was mentioned this far back...
yeah lol,i thought i was some asspull of kishi later on but it was all planned after all and look the sage was mentioned around ep 160 and people call it asspull.jiraiya even mentioned the reincarnation
So nagato "inherited" the rinnegan? Some great lore! Glad it won't be retconned later 😊
+Gene Bookwalter Being passive aggressive cause it wasn't what you thought it was? You do know there's these things called plot twists right?
kristian perez it's called continunity!
Fun fact: the voice actor for kid Nagato is also the same voice actor for Kid Obito and Edward from Fullmetal alchemist
They’re all kids 😂
at that point Nagato couldn't controll the rinnegan on will, it only ever activated when he had emotional impact
> those guys killing his parents
> the Konoha ninja trying to hurt Yahiko
> Yahiko's death
not rly he was able to stay the entire time with rinnegan activated he had controll of it he simply was scared because he never killed someone and doesnt want someone to die
I just noticed that Hanzo’s voice actor is the same one that voices raiden from mortal kombat
Ragin Cajun I thought his voice sounded similar
Nagato is a great character, :). Like you said Curtis a lot of tragic backstories which drive the characters and story.
You get a more indepth back story later on in the series actually some backstorys you have seen get a lot more indepth later on! Also idk if you guessed it or not but that statue is the same statue used in the Akatsuki Rituals
I genuinely wish it was explained why Nagato didn’t just revive Yahiko.
Do you hate me now?
yes,you piece of shit.
We all hate you
i wish sage of six paths mode naruto was able to travel back in time just for u
Lol
Ever since you retired
Great videos, been waiting all day long :D
Nevo H same
Thank you for understanding my pain curtis
yahiko was awesome
Nagatos pain is greater then itachis
Keep up the good work curtis!
Recognize the Gedo Statue Nagato summoned in that flashback against Hanzo?
It's the same statue all the Tailed Beasts have been sealed inside once stolen.
His goal IS piece and nothing else. Thats all what Nagato stands for. He just did it the wrong way. But in the end all he wants is piece.
His solution leads to anything but Peace.
Hannah Marie What would create peace tho?
XD
4:54 Yeah...
7:25 Oh, so even then his face was bandaged up.
7:35 Fuck Danzo.
8:28 There probably was, but, you know...drama. Feels.
9:13 #FuckDanzoHanzo
10:27 Something happen to the audio?
12:30 Oh, there's the music.
Poor Nagato ! He suffered a lot ....
Kawki gonna ...
Motive Matrix 😖😂
Childish much ? Man everyone hates the "my pain is greater than yours" line and think he is a selfcentered douche.
Cahya I know
I just said he that he suffered without a comparison
Cahya Nagato past more brutal.
Damn i wanted to see curtis reacting to their organization and how they made it
Nagato couldn't fully control the rennegan that's why he didn't do anything.. It was triggered from anger
Not only is that super depressing, but if they were to abandon their mission, that would mean they lost what little they had for nothing and their friends dream would just go unrealized.
i will never forget yahiko's pain....
THE GEDO STATUE THAT NAGATO SUMMONED IS THE SAME AS THE ONE WHERE THEY EXTRACT THE TAILED BEASTS AND THEY SIT ON IT'S FINGERS.YOU WILL KNOW LATER WHY THEY ARE USING THE STATUE TO STORE THE BEASTS
Nobody can complain about their pain, until they have to deal with a train
I went through the "wanting peace" stage early on, wishing war and senseless death would stop, I was always a caring boy, still am but for my loved ones and those I consider to be my friends, I gave to on world peace real early on, now I strive for my own peace, in my own little world that exists for everyone that's close to me, and my future family, a fulfilling life that I can look back onto and smile when I'm old and dying, although philosophy aside, hem hem
Danzo: *DO YOU HATE ME NOW*
Love your vids! Keep up the great work and stay spazzy!
Theres more to Nagato's back story and the creation of the akutski then this shows Curtis. Its involves Tobi and the original members of the akutski. I think it might be in some fillers
I am the same about the tragic back story of everyone. Everyone had tragic events, but it depends on what you do after
CURTIS THIS IS NOT THE FULL STORY YET,THERE ARE STILL THINGS THAT ARE NOT MENTIONED IN THE EARLY POINT OF THE SERIES
Kuchiyose: GEDOOOOOOU MAZOOOOOOU!
When Spaz does not realize that Gedo Statue is the summon that consumes the taild beasts he saw it eat 1-tails 2-tails 8-tails squid etc :DDD
the key to achieving true peace is open dialog with everyone and having a global communication system .
Knowing that Orochimaru was right about killing them all along is really heart wrenching.
FOOL YA FOOL
BAKAYARO KONOYARO
There are some moments in Naruto that could change the entire story if it would had happened in another way, some filler arcs explore this alternate realities you should check them out ;)
This video shows that Curtis knows Pain. Great reaction
Young Nagato does know pain! He's lost an arm and a leg! (Just me or is that the same voice actor as Edward Elric?)
His voice actor is Vic Mignogna who also voiced Edward Elric in FMA.
Well i feel like he did not use the rinnegan because like he said they were just naive kids at that point. He got overwhelmed by the what was happening and could not think clearly.
It will take a lot of time before you learn more about the sage of the six paths.
Just got my wisdom teeth extracted today... I have come to know pain, if you know what I mean. Luckily I have today's reaction to cheer me up. Thanks uncle Curtis.
Left the stream to watch the video
The fillers showed that he could summon the Gedo Statue but he could never use it for long.
curtis ur awesome bro
Hey curtis! You gotta understand that this is an anime world and true peace is definitely obtainable. This isn't the real world. :P
Curtis Although we know Nagato has powerful abilities with the Rinnegan this was back then before he learned most or all his abilities and how to use them since ofc he wasn’t a ninja when he had them to begin with Madara implanted them into him
More and more pain.
That split second when nagatos loss control and fucked everybody up
That whole investigation to reveal Pain's identity was such a huge joke.
Jiraiya's very first assumption was that Pain is Nagato. Then everyone put in all this effort only to find out that he really is Nagato after all.
Except no one else in the village knew who Nagato was, nor did they encounter Pain, so of course they'd have to investigate based on the clues Jiraiya left.
long time watcher first reaction (started watching live streams recently)
Nagato couldn’t use his rinnegan Justus before Yahiko died he awakened them as soon as Yahiko died.
Pain knows pain!
The Sage of the six path is a metaphor to Jesus
I don't think in the span of the whole Naruto series is a single happy childhood story
Sakura :D XD Ha
21smoothcriminal Sakura, Ino, Tenten, Choji, Shikamaru, Kiba, Shino, Ebizo, Hanabi, Konohamaru and his crew these are some of the few of the top of my head that didn't have tragic backstories.
Joe Fawkes yeah , but who actually cares about Sakura amirite?
Is not like she was "K.O.-ed" by her crush or anything
Sammy Dray while some of them i see where you come from , bear in mind that the Shippuden series ( excluding the last animated chapter) ends with Naruto beeing 17
In my book they are not adults
At least that is how i see it
Straight Outta live stream !
I know you have most likely seen this question a quadrabillion times but do you plan on reacting to swagkages stuff when you have watched all of naruto?
I’m surprised with all the research and abilities Orochimaru has and wants he didn’t kill Nagato for those Rinnegan
Tomorrow one of the best most touching speeches will be said.
Nagato just needs the tailed beasts for his plan because he could not find another way. And he know naruto had the same task as him from jiraya so nagato sets an example just to show naruto why peace is not possible..
I can't wait until 13:00 hour to see your video!!
Remember the gedo statue
Curtis you shouldve paid attention instead of talking through what jariah said to Nagato the first part it's gonna be important later on in the series
You should remember that statue. You will see it again in due time
9:10 Yahiko was a true leader; he gave up his own life trying to save his friends. Respec for Yahiko 😢
What about 2 reactions in one day? Hahaha
Nagato couldn’t use his rennigan or however you spell it on command that’s why he didn’t use it earlier
I mean this is hanzo, the same dude who best all three sanin at the same time. So like trying to stop him is easier said than done
Not sure if that makes sense. lol
