The secret to feeding the kids homemade ketchup is to clean out a store bought bottle of Hunts or whatever brand and fill up with your own. They will never know…., that’s what my mother did!
And start by mixing it with the store bought ketchup and then move up to all homemade :)
The real secret to ketchup is to stick with Heinz, and give up on homemade!

You had a baby two weeks ago and then meal planned and did grocery shopping for the month!? I had my second child six months ago and... WAIT! Solo told your mom that you guys do not compare in your house and that everyone is different but equal. Ok! I am just really amazed by how much you are doing and how sharpe you seem two weeks after giving birth!
Her older children assume A LOT of responsibility for things around the house.

We are preppers and I recommend that you buy more food then what you have downstairs in your pantry.
Shortages for almost everything is coming very fast. Would hate to see you guys have nothing then see you guys have it all.

So glad you're back to breathing normally and baby Peace is growing. I was happy to see the reminder about your beef at the end of the video. Yesterday I went down the meat counter and just shook my head at the beef prices. They seem to have gone up more than anything else. In Australia we cut the sweet potatoes in rounds, toss them in olive oil and salt and bake, with potatoes, butternut and pumpkin baked with baked chicken, for extra special events we use duck fat to cook them in, try purple sweet potato it’s so nice and chewy baked.
I only have 4 kids and can't get half done of what you do in a day! Love your channel and your beautiful family! Congrats on Peace as well☮❤
It’s super easy (and delicious!) to pickle eggs to make them shelf stable for long term storage. We just pickled 180 to make our canned tuna go further. Blessings!

I wondered this too but I believe people that use EBT cannot use it on scan and go which would explain for some of the users. For others I wonder if they don’t know about it or if they are trying to keep cashiers with their jobs. If everyone used scan and go, the cashiers wouldn’t have jobs.

The look on your face and the situation, I just didn’t know if you and Peace were ok. God has blessed you with healthy beautiful children! I just want to tell you as u probably feel so tired physically and mentally you would never know it! You are so beautiful and your hair and skin are still glowing. I feel blessed that you share your family and honey with all of us. I always prayed for a big family but God had other plans. We have one beautiful miracle child after 9 years so when I say thank you 🙏🏻 for sharing it really is a blessing for me.

Huh? 😳 It baffled me until I brought him with me to look in our freezer in the garage and he finally pointed them out! It’s 8 years later, and I’m still laughing ! 🤣😂😆

Hi Sarah 👋 I come from a large family of 9. When grocery shopping 🛍 🛒 needed to be done both my parents went together to get most of what was needed. In the day there were crates of fruits and vegetables, plenty of 🍞 bread, endless gallons of milk, and orange juice. Meats in various kinds. Like yourself food shopping seemed like a turn style. I will never forget my parents food shopping skills.

I love seeing your grocery hauls! You look amazing to just have had a baby who is only 2 weeks old! It looks like you are getting your energy back and you feel much better. The last months of your pregnancy you looked like you were so tired and just did not feel well. Yet you keep right on going you are an amazing woman, wife, Mother,daughter and just a really kind and caring lady! This shows in your children they are all so kind and caring and well mannered and as the younger ones are getting older they are showing how talented they are! I hope precious baby Peace is doing well! You take it easy and get your rest mama you have just had a baby! God bless you all!
I save my pickle jars, I wash them with bleach and soap get the stickers off.. then I spray the lid so all mine match and I use them for storage on my grains and pastas etc.. it makes my shelf’s look nice and I can easily see what I have.. I have a small kitchen with no over the cabinet space.. but I love the look of the jars!

I use sweet potatoes to make a breakfast hash with pepper and onions sautéed then put an egg n sausage link on top with. Ketchup! One of my favorite meals 🥰

I’m not stocking up but that being said we have a family of three. We’ve been seeing shortages in stores here in FL this year but from the employees I’ve spoken with it’s been due to a lack of drivers.

I love the Kinders Buttery Rub. I walked by it at Sam's one day and I could smell it, which is weird, lol. But I bought it and oh my, I love it.
On the TP. Back in WWII and rationing it was based per person. Each person got X amount of sugar and meat and supplies. Now stores are limiting things to 1 or 2 of an item per family/ customer. We still have 6 of our 10 kids still at home and 2 gallons of milk for 8 people is not enough. It got tight in April 2020 for us. Now we do like you and grab an extra TP and milk etc at a mini run where we used to just get bananas and fresh stuff. I wish they looked at spending habits or family size when making limits. Sure, for a single person to buy a bunch of one thing might be "hoarding" but for your Your Tribe it meets the basic necessities. I always buy 6 gallons of milk.. not hoarding for me 🙄 Love your videos!
Yes! We live almost an hour from an aldi or walmart/sams etc... and when I buy groceries for 8 its 2 weeks or 1 month at a time.. last April I cried when I was simply trying to get the needful groceries n household goods we needed and kept getting notified that I was above the limit allowed.. it was so frustrating

Another sweet treat I enjoy is frozen blueberries, frozen cherries, cut up banana. Top with heaping tablespoon of peanut butter. Microwave for 2 minutes then stir it all up. It is Devine. It’s delicious!!

Gotta agree. We have Shop 'n Go at a couple supermarkets, where you scan your club card at the scanner wall and it releases a hand held scanner. Absolutely worth it.
No putting stuff in the trolley, taking it out to be scanned, then putting it in ANOTHER trolley. Just scan, pay, done. Less handling of my items 😊

The Kinders Buttery Steakhouse seasoning is SO GOOD!! I bought it on a whim about a year ago & was so glad I did. It's one of those spices that's versatile & tastes good on pretty much anything.
I'm still trying to process the fact that we are entering November in a couple of days!! Thanksgiving, Christmas, all the things will be here before we know it.
Another great haul!! Even after watching for years your hauls still fascinate me so much! Also reminds me that if you can do this with 11 kids that I darn sure could do it with 2. I'm going through a spell if being tired of everything. Nothing sounds good to me. Dinners this month have been blah because I'm just over it all. I've spent hours searching new recipes but it all seems very similar to what I'm making already or it's something that I know my girls wouldn't enjoy. Hoping to snap out of it in November 🤞.

Very happy to see you switched to Cod 🙌🏻 so much healthier than tilapia. It’s worth the extra money for health. My grandma had a saying you either pay for it now or pay for it with your health later on. She was always encouraging eating as clean as possible. They lived on a small farm and sourced as much as they could themselves.

I love that each family seems to have a favorite “after thanksgiving “ meal. Ours is taking leftover bread stuffing and pressing it into a greased pie plate. Then cube turkey and mix with leftover green bean casserole, gravy, creamed onions and really anything leftover (not cranberry sauce- no one liked that when I tried!) and pour into the pie pan. Bake for about 30 minutes and top with some fried onions for the last five minutes. It’s different each time because we usually have different leftovers, lol.
