The Stray kids logo was designed by Bang Chan, he created it and put it on hoodies for the boys at the beginning of their debut as a thank you for “saving him”, because before them he was feeling lost and discouraged about not debuting. Would love to see more reactions to Stray Kids. Lots of good stuff in their earlier discography (more Changbin rapping! He's my bias 🥰). I recommend pre-debut songs (they were put together by Bang Chan instead of by JYP - earned the right to debut, but then JYP put them on a survival show to see if all the members would debut. They created several songs during the show on their first mini album titled Mixtape), like Hellevator, YAYAYA, GRRR Law of Madness, Glow, 4419, and School Life. Debut song is District 9, other bangers (just picking a few off albums. I love all their b sides) include My Pace, Double Knot, Levanter, Side Effects, Easy, TOP, Cheese, Thunderous (you may have already reacted to this, not sure), Domino (only unveil track MV, I recommend the dance practice video because the dance for it is sick!), And they recently released a Japanese album, title track is Circus. I don't know if the MV has subtitles yet or not though.

The K is just a K -- it's the handwriting of Chan, the leader and one of the Aussies, and it's been their logo since the beginning. However, the _color_ is significant, yes. The K color changes in different songs/albums to indicate where the songs belong in the multiverse/eras/whatever your choice of specific lore is. We're in the green universe now, and that's always been where all the weird/oddball/creepy stuff has resided.
