Mine is a 4 ton and I've had my V8 Jeep Grand Cherokee on it no problem using the recomended anchor bolts. I even rocked it back and forth as I lifted it up and there was no movement.
chemical/epoxy drop in anchors...they look completely different to wedge anchors, that epoxy your using isnt really supposed to be used with wedge anchors but people do, old vid I know, how are they holding?
20mm through anchor bolts as a minimum also called wedge anchor. Used 180mm long. Got a 4t launch hoist with a 105 series cruiser on it no worries.

Doing good thanks. But I may be moving them later on. I am not happy with the layout. Appreciate your comment. 👍
