Where are the 'professional' players in the Limerick setup, they all work ordinary day jobs and train intheie soare time, they are just the best group of players around at the moment and anything else you say is just jealousy
The Cork 2024 thing puzzles me, genuinely. How can Cork go from fourth in Munster in 2023 relying on Harnedy and Horgan to a rebuild with younger players in one season and then go on to win an all Ireland when they are facing a Limerick team settled and a Clare team further up the road in terms of development than them? Yeah Tipp and KK will need a rebuild over the next 2/3 seasons, Waterford/Dublin/Galway are probably 3/4 seasons off being contenders in reality. Cork since they've last won have had several 'rebuilds' that didn't pan out regardless of their underage. There are plenty of players from the Limerick underage years that never panned out in Senior due to form, injury or just inability to scale up to the demands of Senior.
Cork have to step up to the mark in 2024 - they'd want to be in a Munster final at the very least. Remember in 2021, the build up to the final was that Cork and their fabled underage were going to match Limerick and do them, then Limerick went out a gave them the biggest hammering since KK v waterford in 2008.
The major difference between Limerick and the rest is Limerick don't rely heavily on one player for all the scores - KK rely a lot on TJ Reid, Tipp rely a lot on Forde, Clare rely a lot on Kelly, Galway rely a lot on Whelan, Cork still rely on Horgan. Limerick seems to be a system, like Tommy Walsh said in OTB, very like Barcelona a few years ago. Players will fit the system.
Kilkenny and Galway don’t get the intensity in Leinster. As for Limerick, forget the five in a row, m6 prediction is eight.

Cork lack the edge needed to win an All Ireland but if the younger lads can bring that edge, who knows?

Cork or Tipp I think ....it's hard for lads to keep going at the training year in year out.
As a Cork supporter I am being totally honest when I say we could not live with that level of intensity yesterday.Only hope for other teams is it will still be hard for Limerick to come out of Munster again next year.When they hit Croke Park it’s all over.
Cork should have the hurlers to compete with Limerick but next year might be a year too soon for them
