Intimidation Question on the RCMP RMAQ

The RMAQ is really annoying now that recruiting analysts are doing it. They ask a lot of inappropriate questions that aren't even on the form.

They have done away with the written exam. They are doing an online assessment. This was implemented May 1st 2022.

The first interview is it only going to be on the RMAQ or they going to ask questions outside of it?

Hey, Clinton, I failed my polygraph and got deferred for 2years. Now i'm traumatize by it. Is there any tips or tricks that can help?

@@Tiredoflife137 its very uncomfortable. That's all i can say. As for why i failed. They dont tell you. They simply say "we suspect you werent honest with us" then deferred date to redo.

@@whiteshark450 polygraph are not good for people with high anxiety, you can easily fail even if you don't lie.
