I’ve got the same bike and have a solution for the bottle issue.
Get yourself a cage mount adapter from Topeak…..it shifts the position of the cage relative to the bike bolt mounts, drops the cage further down towards the shock so a full size 750ml bottle fits with plenty of clearance.
