- भारत में लाखों मेडिकल छात्रों के भविष्य पर संकट के बादल मंडरा रहे हैं. नीट परीक्षा के विवादों में आने के बाद से ये मेडिकल छात्र परेशान हैं. हालांकि इस बीच कई भारतीय छात्र अपनी मेडिकल की पढ़ाई के लिए विदेशों का रुख़ भी करते आ रहे हैं. इनमें रूस, यूक्रेन जैसे देश भी शामिल हैं युद्ध लड़ रहे हैं. आखिर क्या वजह है कि बड़ी संख्या में भारतीय छात्र अपनी मेडिकल की पढ़ाई के लिए विदेश जा रहे हैं, जबकि सरकार ने हाल के सालों में मेडिकल सीट और कॉलेज बढ़ाए हैं. देखिए बीबीसी संवाददाता जुगल पुरोहित की यह पड़ताल.

In 1992 i got 75% in class 10. I did not get admission anywhere. I had to join a junior college. Today im VP in a firm, but still feel the pain of not getting admission anywhere.

This same govt takes 1/3rd of my income as tax every year. Im happy to pay. But what if i paid tax for say 35 years of working life and if i needed support for just 3 months will this govt help me? No...

By this tax, govt. help needed peoples, poor peoples, gives subsidies to AIIMs and IITs, but yes, there are so many things to improve, but taxation is everywhere,

Not talented to crack medical entrance exam , my friends with poor marks but good money went to Russia and ukrain, came back and opened pharmacy shoop. Smart one topper of our class cracked pmt then and not reputed eye surgeon. Outer reasons are political and grapes our sour syndrome😅😅😅😅
Simply medical education is extremely expensive in India. Most of the private medical colleges are owned by member of parliaments, politicians and minidteres.
Medical councils and Medical Boards in India allow them to run medical colleges even without having adequate medical faculties and infrastructures. Not only this they increases the intake of number of students to earn as much as possible.
It has became a big industry.

STOP THIS! It is absolutely unfair to say that all medical colleges abroad are bad and all fmgs are incompetent. India is the only country in the world which does not conduct a licensing exam at the end of medical school. Let Indian grads take an exit exam at the end of their mbbs, and we’ll see how many of these so called “great” students get through. @BBCindia

Every indian university should have mbbs degree. The final evaluation can be done by the central exam.
No this is a bad thing. If it is done it will create bad doctors. I wish there was a dedicated university for mbbs only. This is far better than having mbbs in every Indian university.
u need a hospital with 19 departments and many patients daily in order to create doctors. otherwise it will be like btech only who know nothing about real industry work. takes hundreds of crores to build and open teaching hospital and medical colleges.

सच है भारत में शिक्षा को व्यापार बना दिया गया है। सरकार प्राईवेट कालेज की फीस पर लगाम क्यों नहीं कसती। मजबूरी है बच्चों के बाहर जाने की।
Devolpment सिर्फ सरकारी कागजों पर है , प्रत्यक्ष में हालात बेहद खराब है। सरकार लगातार मुख्य मुद्दो से लोगों का ध्यान हटाने की कोशिश करती हैं, लेकिन नौजवानों को सच्चाई का सामना करना ही पड़ेगा।

@@pranabmaity919 Ask from students from New batches of mbbs which have just completed their degrees .You can have better idea of unemployment..In this sector new doctors are now underpaid .Ask their salaries They are getting 40-50,000 only if they have in city which have less proportion of doctors..Otheriwse they are not earning that amount too...Various articles are now publishing on this issue...If After studying for 8 years with an mbbs degree you are underpaid then its really a concern..

700 colleges can accomodate more than 200,000 students. Per college they can increase seats 300 which is enough to retain 2 lakh students.as of now only 50,000 seats which is very low. PM/CM has free medical in AIIMs or pvt hospitals.

Kyo na jaaye bhai...Bharat ki sarkar kya de rahi ha to any Student who wants to become anything. Education system have gone down the drain now.
Few years back there was capitation fee.. those who are affordable use to ‘buy’ those seats.. other seats use to be at a lower rate.. then government told there should not be capitation fee.. so private medical colleges to sustain increased fee for all.. I don’t know what will be the end point.. since I studied in government school and colleges, from first standard to my MD degree, cumulatively I hardly would have paid 1 lakh as fee..

There too less government colleges. Then seats go non-deserving candidates. Private colleges cost so much that only well established doctors can afford private colleges. Once they pay these fees in multiple of crores their service charges go up accordingly and hence deserving candidates who can afford to out of country. But their future may be bleak.

विदेश से कम फीस में हो जाती है पर अब सरकार को इससे भी दिक्कत है क्योंकि अदानी अंबानी के कॉलेज को ये बात हजम नही हो रही है कि हमे फीस मिलनी चाहिए। Isiliye सरकार अब विदेश एमबीबीएस पर रोक लगाने के बहाने ढुंढ रही है।
