It really amazes me the modern equipment these days for different jobs. I've been away from farming for about 30 yrs and way back we did all the manure by pitch fork. Talk about really getting an up close smell.
Yeah that is the real stuff that nature created. And by the way have easy does it spreads manure when theirs alot of hay stalks in it you know as in flush stuff, do you guys spread it out right of way like what you just did ta that stuff!! Or do you guys let it to decent post so it's all composted when it's been in a pile.?
The farmer's wife could have either backed the spreader back 8 to 10 feet or swung that gate back another 45* and allowed that extra coffee more space for more speed. sdh in CT
Just one final thought - That 9520 is an awesome Spreader for the job - It Really Throws IT - but most of us can throw Much More, Much Farther with Our Mouths! Not a complaint or accusation, just a known fact.

We run thesame spreader on a 4430 in the hills with no problems
